Cottage Inn in Brighton is a SUPERIOR pizza place. We live in Howell but will only order from the Brighton Store. The staff is friendly, and timely, and the pizza is ALWAYS made correctly and surpasses expectations. Thank you Brighton Staff for rehabilitating our belief in good pizza once again!!

This place can either be the pest pizza place or the worst. All depends.

Pizza wasn’t very good like other cottage inns. It was a bit burnt and they didn’t even flavor the crust even though I ordered garlic Parmesan buttered crust. And there was barely any sauce! Usually cottage inn has a sort of fluffy pizza with a lot of sauce and thick crust. This one was extremely flat, burnt and tasted like pizza from a school cafeteria

As a frequent customer for the BLT pizza, you need to have cut up pieces of tomatoes on your pizza, not whole slices.

My pizza arrived ahead of schedule slightly by a smiling and positive delivery driver. My food was hot, delicious, and prepared just the way I ordered it. Great experience. If this pizza chain existed in Florida I would definitely order again.

I was owed a credit for my last vis it and the lady who spoke to me on the phone was super rude couldn’t find the credit and I told her I would talk to them about it when I got there when I got there I spoke to the manager he did give me the $5 credit but proceeded to go to the back and talk poorly about me to others over 5$. This was rediculous and I would have been ok with sorry theres nothing noted but instead he acted like a child. They mess up food, burn bottom of pizzas and half the time its not correct. Avoid this place

I always hate leaving bad reviews especially for a locally owned business, but woah this was the worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had. Waited about an hour and ten minutes for my delivery and when it got here it was cold. I get it if you’re busy, but if it took long because you’re busy it should have at least been hot. It seems like this is a common issue at this specific restaurant based on the other reviews, I’m not going to email you guys to say what I’m trying to warn everyone else about.

Ordered a pizza today at 6:47 pm to be delivered. Was told would be 50- 60 minutes. It is now 8:15. No pizza. Called and was told oh yeah. It’s on way. Don’t worry it will be fresh.
