The crust is on the doughie side but good. I usually don’t like doughie pizza but this one is an exception. I would have given it a 5 star if it was a bit crispier with less sauce. The cheesebread was delicious as well.

Customer service is terrible no communication on your order instead they make you sit and wonder. Very rude I almost lost my religion dealing with those kids that work. Plus the pizza tastes terrible not even worth the prices they charge.

Ordered a pizza with vegan cheese, it tasted and smelled gross, the vegan cheese was gooey and tasted like garbage. I have ordered vegan pizzas from other chains and have never tasted something this bad. I don’t know what brand they use, may want to change that. Crust was undercooked too. Never going here again

I’ve begun going to Cottage Inns since a year ago. They shouldn’t be a secret. Its absolutely consistently delicious, hot, prepared as customized, ready on time, cooked to perfection and the whole house gives high praise. The XLarge is too big for 3 of us to manage in a meal so we get meaty pizza size large with a salad and even the we’re having a few slices left for a lunch tje next day.
