I say they are hot am miss. I definitely see a lot of variation in the pizzas I buy here. As off late they seem to be struggling keeping trained staff as well. The last couple times I had to wait because they made my pizza wrong. They did make it right by refunding my money for the long wait.

My pizzas were ready 40 minutes AFTER the PICKUP time on the app. The app – does it just auto-assign a 20-minute time for every pickup? Without the system taking in how many other orders have come in? That. Is. Ridiculous. Every order I’ve picked up using the app to order has said 20 minutes to pickup. And I’ve picked up after 20 minutes and numerous instances more than 20, and now 40 minutes. I got more accurate info when I used to phone the order in. The pizza was good tonight. Always has been. But it’s not that good that I’ll forget all the waiting. I’m going to start exploring other local pizza options.

Wow. I usually love Cottage Inn, but horrible!! My veggie pizza was so soggy you couldn’t even pick it up or eat it. My daughter’s pepperoni pizza was ordered with no sauce, and it had a lot. She cannot eat tomatoes.

Originally ordered food from another restaurant (not cottage inn) that was only a mile down the road from the Hampton Inn South where we are staying and they quoted us at 30 minutes after 45 called to let us know they didn’t have a driver and wouldn’t for 45 more minutes but would call us if their driver showed up before that we told them no thanks and placed an order at Cottage inn instead in less than 30 minutes we had very good food! They did forget our salad but them being right across the street helped at this point the other place turns up at the door with the food we’d thought we cancelled as Cottage inn brought our salad! Long story short we ended up with two orders from two different places and out of the two we preferred Cottage inn they definitely had the better food and quicker delivery!

I ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings. It was really doughy and soggy also had extra grease and combine that with the extra sauce all the toppings just fell off. Really disappointed in the quality and overall experience.

Most of the time they’re excellent. I have had a few “duds” where the crust wasn’t as requested or the pizza arrived cold but for the most part they make very good pizza. The website has the option to add requests such as “well done” crust, and parking instructions for apartment owners. I like their pizza much better than Domino’s or other varying brands.

My new favorite Cottage Inn in A²!!! Staff is very friendly and very hard working. Not sure why I didn’t know where this location was, but it is tucked back behind with not alot of signage out front of the shopping plaza. Definitely gonna be eating here and taking out more frequently. #GoBlue
