Cottage Inn has a great crust and excellent gormet pizza specialities. Standouts include the Price Buster, Chicken Mediterranean, and the Cuban. Some locations offer milkshakes and some good cheese bread options. A step above the national chains, especially in the non-Detroit style category. Lots of locations around town. The stadium location is super convenient on the west side of Ann Arbor. This location has a good sized dining area.

Pizza is good, but EVERY time we order, no matter how far ahead we order, we end up waiting in the car for at least 20 minutes. We scheduled an order for 6:15 today around 4 and i am still waiting my pizza at 6:40.

Placed an order over an hour ago and still waiting on our pizza, our break is now over.. it should not take this long to get a pizza delivered especially when I asked for it to be here at 12:00 pm. Worst service ever! Let’s hope the pizza is fresh or the delivery driver will get a car full of pizza and pop

Placed $65.00 order was told 25 mins leave go get gas they called said was done ONLy get there and food missing had wait 10 mins. Also if you don’t want the mustard on your sub and you want Italian they charge you $2 extra for that.. SAD love Cottage inn but they need get together. . And stop with your attitude it’s not the customers thought they messed up not cool to treat your customers when you guys mess up.. my son works at cottage in a different one thank God but charging somebody for a sauce they did not get not cool

So, two friends and I had to make a trip up to Ann Arbor for a funeral this weekend and after being in the car for almost five hours, we decided just to order in. The concensus landed on pizza, because why not?! So instead of getting something from a larger chain, we opted for Cottage Inn. Let me just say that we were ECSTATIC we did! Happy pizza dances were had!

The first time I came here I was surprised by how I was ignored. The staff could clearly see me and I could see my pizza sitting there. I thought I must have just had bad luck with someone having a bad day. I tried again with the same problem except this time the pizza was 30 minutes late. That’s when I checked reviews and saw this is a systematic problem. This comes down to poor management. Domino’s does an amazing job greeting you and helping. And their pizza is always on time. The thing is I want to try other pizza places. I won’t be trying Cottage Inn again even if I like the pizza.
