The guys at this Cottage Inn location knock it out of the park every time! I have ordered a pizza from here on average probably once a month for the last year or so. I have been helped by a handful of different staff members and I’m always impressed at the quality service I receive. They’re such a genuine group and I always feel well taken care of from being greeted when I arrive to quickly being serviced. The care they take in preparing the pizzas is far better than any other pizza chain in the area. I highly recommend the app! It makes ordering and paying a breeze and you earn points to redeem for delicious menu items. I always get the same thing, (the Spinach Alfredo Gourmet Pizza — YUM!) and I thank these guys so much for helping me to feed my pizza craving time & time again. The homemade ranch is SO good too. If I ever have extra I enjoy it on my salads for the rest of the week! Thank you! I appreciate you all for making my pizzas so delicious every time!

I work nights and order from this location almost weekly. They’ve never got my order wrong and even accommodated me when I had a situation with my card. I’ve literally been to the location on State St, Washtenaw, and South Canton. Packard by far is my favorite. The food is always delicious and fresh! Props to the closing night staff. Always hardworking, helpful and nice, when I come in. I’ll continue coming here for late night din din 🙂

I generally would give this 5 stars for excellent trading pizza… But today I used rewards points to get a pre and it had to be the worst tasting crust… Chewy and hard all at the same time with undercooked toppings. Don’t know what happened other than they rushed it through on a too hot oven.. so disappointed wish I could get my points back

Driver refused to bring the DELIVERY inside the bar because he was afraid his car would get stolen lol. In Ann arbor. Last I checked you could turn your car off and bring your key/fab inside but what do i know? I only delivered for 13 years.

Cottage Inn Pizza has always been an American institution. In my opinion. Their pizza and other options are fitted to fit even the most picky eater.
