They where crazy busy when I got there 20min before close. But their service today was incredible! The chips and queso here are always great! The cheese always has a nice Smokey flavor that tastes homemade! Thanks for the great service today!

Little disappointed last time I came here. I don’t remember them charging extra for things like sour cream. I used to come here because they didn’t and now it seems like depending on what you get you can get charged for everything except lettuce and pico. Not to mention depending on who you get your burrito can be a decent size or the opposite where you feel like you got ripped off.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and outgoing. They let us try some of their new flavors before we ordered, which was super nice. Made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed awhile after we had finished eating, and no one rushed us to leave.

The food was acceptable but the price is excessive, especially when they nickel and dime you to death for anything additional. I wanted a burrito with the tortilla on the side. No that was an extra $2 if I want the tortilla on the side. I asked for less rice and more beans. No, I’m told that is an up charge for the beans. Add sour cream? another up charge. We won’t be back.

Nice American Mexican grill… Their smother burritos are great and the Taco salads are to die for. Staff is clean fast and friendly highly recommend for fast quick Mexican grill. They are closed on Sundays which is just fine.

We have always loved Costa Vida. Unfortunately, this was the worst Costa Vida experience we’ve ever had.:*( We started eating there when the first one opened in Southern Utah. Unfortunately, the tables and trays were all very dirty. As well as the bathroom at this Kennewick location. When we were checking out, we were not allowed to use our coupon (that had no exp. date). Then we had to pay twice because the guy at the register didn’t add all our meals on one ticket. The Lettuce in both salads was wilted and tasted/appeared to be either Iceberg or the heart of the Romain that is usually discarded. Plus the price was astronomical. So sad that this was our experience, it was all around so very disappointing. If we ever decide to eat at Costa Vida again, it will only be at the Richland/Queensgate location, where we’ve had only good experiences. We should have known that it was a bad place to eat when we walked into an empty restaurant on a Saturday night at dinner time…
