I absolutely love the raspberry chicken salad with the cilantro lime dressing. But what really blew me away was the in-house homemade Key Lime Pie. When I tell you that it was one of the best that I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t stop eating it because it was just that good!!!

Had the lime chicken, not totally impressed. Order line seemed really slow. Individuals were allowed to jump the line ahead of us. Servers were working as fast as they could, It seemed. Would think there would be a better process to serve guests quicker.

The Costa vida in Elko, NV is not the same as every other Costa vida. They were using a sandwich press instead of a griddle and there weren’t as many options, but they charged more. Also, food was not as fresh or as tasty

We were passing through on the 4th of July. Thankful they were open. The girls at the counter were nice and friendly and lobby was spotless! Food was delicious as always.

Always great food, but the soda fountain is never clean. The triggers always stick, so the dispensers never get cleaned. The ice machine never has ice, and the trashes are overflowing every time I go in

Manager was super rude. Ran out of rice and his response was we close soon which was in an hour. When we asked if we could get a substitution he said only double beans. Horrible customer service from the manager and experience. If I was running this place I would check on your lazy employees. Hour left so not making rice at a burrito place.

Most of these items are not a bid deal, yet considered in succession for just one experience it warrants a review. I had a tortilla that had more holes than a cheese grater and am still in awe over them serving it. I get it when a restaurant runs out of an item (black beans), but when it is a main staple it shows a lack of attention on inventory. To top it off, the workers could not keep anyone’s orders straight. I guess in the very end I shouldn’t be complaining because I got someone else’s burrito. Haha. Feel sorry for whoever got my sorry excuse for a burrito. Just a little disappointed when Costa doesn’t live up to the reputation.
