Attempted to order Small size tacos (which is on their menu) and was told that doesn’t exist, even after pointing it out on the menu. On top of that, both of my chicken tacos had bones in them. Requested salsa, which I could see in front of the employee in many forms and was told it is available in the lobby. That turned out to be two empty bottles of Tabasco. Refried beans were good.

Very disappointed. I had been here a couple times before. Today the food was terrible! I took my dad to a doctor’s appointment footfall. He’s currently living in a rehab where he hasn’t been eating well. So I wanted to take him somewhere he would enjoy and eat well. I asked him where he wanted to go and he chose Costa Vida. He said he wanted chicken enchiladas and that they had good ones. We both ordered chicken enchiladas with red sauce and black beans and rice. The guy gave me the wrong beans. I didn’t complain. I just wanted dad to have a good meal. I set him up to eat while I got our drinks. I got back to the table and could tell by the look on his face he was disappointed. I took a bite and seriously couldn’t figure out what it tasted like. The best way to describe it is it tasted like cardboard! I took 2 bites of the enchilada trying to figure out what the taste was. It was the red sauce that had the rank taste. I took one bite of the rice. It was dry and had no flavor. I tried a bite of the beans but, was not impressed. When I had come here before the place was packed. There were only about 5 tables being occupied. If this is now the norm for the food I can see why it was so dead. The music was so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation. I had to go outside to make a phone call. It was such a disappointment. My dad ate more than I did. He took the rest back to the rehab because he said it might be better than what they are serving. I have been there when his tray comes and sometimes you can’t recognize what it is. One time it was supposed to be Sweet and Sour pork it looked like tuna on brown rice. So I understand why he took it back. It would have to be pretty bad too have the enchiladas as a back up. I feel bad he didn’t get a good meal to eat.

They finally fixed the septic tank smell that used to fill the entire front area. Food is always good though. No complaints. Prices did go up quite a lot though. Even mango salsa and other things that used to be free have a charge now. 🙁 also I got the lunch special and it was only maybe .50 cheaper total. So not really worth it. But I do still really love the sweet pork.

Had a great meal here! I typically get the sweet pork (which is amazing!) but today I tried the chile lime chicken on a small salad and really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and efficient, the restaurant was clean and inviting, and the people I was with enjoyed it as well. I appreciate the selection of meats and toppings to choose from. Their Pico de Gallo is the best, as is their cilantro lime ranch dressing. If you’re looking for fresh, definitely go here!

This place is always clean, the line is never long, and it moves quickly. I love the food and try to dine in or pick it up every Friday night. I rarely buy desserts but when I’m here I just HAVE to get their Tres Leches Cake! It’s mouth-watering and delicious. They run out of this often because they make them fresh, in-house, I believe, so it’s a game of chance.

Good food and service the sweetpork is so good. Gripe about their TV monitor menus are hard to view. They really need to tilt them down, near impossible to read from the order counter.

Food wasn’t completed on time. Waited 8 minutes past my pickup time. Small nachos were perfect. Large nachos were presented upside down. Due to not knowing how to make nachos, probably won’t go back.

Love the food. But this location is really skimpy and very unfriendly. And the service is so slowwwww because it seems like they are training new employees every week It gets worse every time and we have been customers almost twice a month for the last 3 years.

this is a great place to get fresh food and their staff is really friendly especially when we ordered 1000 churros for a big event. They did awesome! I would give 5 stars but the wait for a small plate order took longer when I was the only person in line.
