I’ve been mixed about my review for this Costa Vida location. I’ve had some bad experiences and some good experiences here. Not sure what exactly is the right way to address this.

Not enough lettuce to cover the taco. When I asked for a little bit more Glen told they’d charge me a dollar more. They also need to clean the tables. There was only one person in line when we came in, so there is no excuse.

Staff forgot an item from my order then rolled their eyes when I asked about it. Got home and this was my “shredded” sweet pork in my burrito. Not a great experience, I would avoid this location.

I’ve been here a few times for lunch over the last couple years and decided to finally write a review because of the rude staff I encountered yesterday.

Extremely poor quality, the 3 orders were picked up on time but looked like they sat on the shelf for hours. Our first red flag was the workers ignoring us inquiring about the order and asked three separate times what we were waiting on before grab it for us. The three orders also lacked key ingredients in all three -like the salad came with 3 small pieces of shriveled chicken no cilantro, no extra dressing that was ordered and the chips are soggy.

Love costa Vida but never satisfied with this location. It’s closest to my work so it’s most convenient. The day manger Patrick is very rude and the other employees seem to all be afraid of him. The employees including Patrick are very punctual on small add ons. I get that I should pay for extra things, but the attitude carried behind each response doesn’t make the experience any better. This location needs an overhaul on customer service and management behavior. Other than that, food is always amazing!

Worst location to visit on every occasion I did. I came for a quick dinner after a long work day. I ordered a sweet pork quesida. The girl working on the salads bar didn’t know what was going she let several customers cut in front me and didn’t ask what I even had. They finally found my order threw it in a trey and folded it in half. It was clear I was frustrated and upset and other customers were watching to see my reaction. I remained calm even though the service was terrible and employees impolite. I told the expo person I wanted a dressing she ignored me. I finally got to the register they put a salad (Part of another order) on my trey to try to charge me for it and forgot my dressing. I told them to give me my dressing and they said “Your what”

I love their pure, natural lemonade -mango! Will definitely drive just to get it again. Enchiladas are good too just too much sauce poured all over it… better to do less instead of more because you cant remove the sauce but you can always add more at the request of customers. Parking is more than enough. Setting is great for families, a quick bite and/or dates. Can’t say much on service because mine was a quick, no issue (handling issues/concerns is the best judge of service) sit and eat and go. For what it’s worth, it’s like Cafe Rio and I recommend it.

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to for this one. I ordered food at 5 and it took an hour to say it was delivered. Within two minutes of receiving the notification it had already been delivered to the wrong person and I was told I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. How about Instead of handing it over to any person on the street who wants it you actually check if you’re delivering to the right person!!

The worst restaurant food I’ve had in a long time. Genuinely wondering if they were out of seasoning as the rice and beans were beyond bland. Will not be returning to this location is it is anything but par for costa vida. Meats all were cooked gray (overdone) and despite it being rush hour nobody was there (not surprised anymore why) and numerous items on the line didn’t just fail to meet standard for freshness but were literally off the table to put in my mouth. This location needs serious work.
