The bottom of my salad was a bit watery but other than that it was good. I wish you could choose things to go on the side online like you can with Cafe Rio

So my salad was a little watery and I’m pretty sure I saw a mermaid working there in the back so take that as you will. Personally I do not mess with mermaid curses or food. Just go to cafe rio

The picture I provided cost over $25. It’s decent. Customer service still has been lacking. Either the fans are too loud for the cooks to hear what the customers have to say. You would have to speak in a very loud manner for them to hear you. Anyone with a soft gentle’s voice will get overthrown by their service. I communicated with the first cook that I wanted enchilada but he served me quesadilla instead. Didn’t even bother asking for cheese and he just said next for the next customer as if he wasn’t in the mood to communicate with me or help me out. What if I was a new customer? Is this how they treat new customers?

I went in to try that new handheld burrito they’ve been advertising. The food was okay. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to add anything to the burrito. I just was giving it as it was described on the poster. No options to add cheese guacamole salsa. Nothing… And the girl behind the counter didn’t even know how to wrap it correctly. Seems to me. If you going to be promoting something really big, you’d know how to present it. If you go to eat here I suggest you stick to the traditional menu and not try this burrito… It’s kind of pricey for what you get.

We have always enjoyed Costa Vida but this restaurant has often gotten our orders wrong but we have never really said anything about it. However, there is something you should know if ordering online. They told me they do not have anyone between the time of 2 pm and 4 pm paying attention to the online orders. Today when I ordered my food at 3 pm and set a pick up time for 3:30 pm, I went and it was not ready. A person who came in the store when i did got in the line and left with his food before I did. Be aware of this if you order online.

I’m at a real catch 22 with these guys. I really, in general, enjoy the food.

Fast causal Mexican food loaded with flavor. While the menu is relatively simple, you get good value and taste for the quality of the marinated meat. I tend to go for the enchilada style sweet pork burrito with medium heat sauce. My wife generally chooses the salad or tostada. The lettuce is average quality but covered in the house dressing, marinated meat, and other toppings, it generally is there for texture. Quality and value match the price. Enjoy!

One our favorite places to eat. Fresh & delicious! We have so many favorite menu items. Kind and helpful employees. They refilled the horchata as soon as they heard some in our family came specifically for that.

Terrible experience. Employees were managing food with their heads cut off. They had no clue which order was who’s. I was able to order my food but was in line for toppings for 5 minutes so I walked out.

Loved the food, and good, friendly service. The portion sizes could be a tad bigger (especially the meat), but all in all, a great place to eat
