We came in last night (Saturday) and it was a very busy night. We were told there were only 2 servers and they were both running around taking care of all of the tables. Our server Gabriela was top notch. She was so polite and informative about all of the menu items we asked about. We had planned to sit at the bar but it was packed with what looked like a party. Despite the craziness, the 2 servers handled it with poise and professionalism. We had the Arancini, the chicken parmigiana, and the spaghetti and meatballs. We also had the trio of cannoli for dessert. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. The only thing we honestly missed was a good crusty Italian bread, as the bread that was served was stale. We will definitely be returning and asking for Gabriela to serve us again. Such a pleasant young lady!

Don’t waste your money going to Costa. Place is understaffed with employees who have inadequate training. Long wait times when restaurant is empty and food is very low quality for the price. And if you can manage waiting and hour for food when the restaurant is empty it comes out cold . Ordered a steak on hour later it came out cold with a side of cold potatoes and rubbery cold mushrooms. Then the other entree was sea bass which came out 20 mins after steak by then I was so fed up I told them to keep their sea bass and left totally lost my appetite. Will never go back will only go to RED ROSE stupid me wanted to try Costa BIG HUGE Mistake lesson learned.

Beautiful looking place. Limited menu and that is ok. The server was pleasant but either a new employee or not knowledgeable of the menu. The appetizers took some time to receive but ok not a problem as we were a large group and concerned amongst ourselves. Stale and cold bread was served with olive oil.Stale and cold bread? An Italian restaurant with a very limited menu on Easter and out of Vegetable Lasagn, Fish and Panna Cotta. Perhaps get some items from the Gelato Shop or order more product from Bindi. The main entrees took a very long time and considering we were one of three tables in the restaurant.The Margherita Pizza was awful but slightly better was the Mushroom Pizza. The Meatballs and Spaghetti was truly the worst. Two of the meatballs were not fully cooked meaning undercooked and red and not from Marinara. We explained to the manager that the meatballs which we put on a separate plate to show them they were undercooked. The manager apologized and they brought out meatballs with whipped ricotta. Our daughter’s birthday was mentioned to the server for a Cannoli Dessert and put a candle in it. The server brought out the Cannoli and said Happy Birthday non chalantly to her and she is turning eight. They removed the spaghetti and meatballs from the bill and gave us 2 cheesecake and 1 cannoli gratis which was a nice gesture. At the end of the day nothing is perfect. Service needs to be greatly improved and a sense of urgency of cooking the food in a timely manner. We maybe a captive audience because we are staying at the hotel but we will definitely not be back and I suggest to others to avoid this restaurant and spend your money elsewhere.

This place is so pretty inside- very classy and inviting. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very on top of the service. We had a few drinks and the chicken parm, bolognese and the meatballs- EVERYTHING came out hot and delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out 😉

Service was a little slow because of a staffing shortage, but we weren’t in a rush. The food was delicious and employees were very friendly. The restaurant is really beautiful. Would highly recommend for a date night.

It was delicious! Maybe the best chicken parmesan we have had! Only down side we saw was the smaller menu. But everything we tasted was better than the typical dish. The mushroom pizza was also very tasty not standard mushrooms and cheese. We will be going back just to have dinner not really the casino.

My first time coming here and unfortunately it’ll be my last. Waited to be acknowledged by the entrance for 20+ minutes. The hostess/manager named Erica kept walking past us and completely ignoring our existence. We were finally able to wave her over only to be told to come back another day. Half the tables were empty, which was a shock to us. We asked if we could get a quick bite at the bar which we were told no to and i quote because “my bartender will be overwhelmed”. There was a total of 3 parties sitting at the bar; keep in mind half the place was empty to begin with. Quite disappointing experience here.
