Man I really wish I would of read the reviews before going here. This has to be the worst place I’ve eaten at in Ventura. Ordered tamales and a burrito. Way to pricey for canned beans, and bad service, so if that wasn’t enough. I get into my tamales and they are old (really old stiff) and tasted frozen. Definitely not fresh authentic Mexican food. Save your money and go somewhere where you know it’s good. This is not that place sorry !

What a great little place for some Mexican food. I was there about 11 am, it was not super busy. Friendly service, food was served quickly. Bean tostado was good, pilled high with lettuce and cheese. Chicken taco was also pulled high with lettuce and cheese, but had great big chunks of well seasoned chicken. I sat outside (no indoor seating) and enjoyed the beautiful weather while I grubbed. Easy 5 stars from me

The burritos have shrunk in half while the price has not gone down. No more chips with your order. Good Service though

Food is amazing, but they have really started to skimp on portion size. Burritos use to be much larger. I understand that they are trying to save money, but if I’m paying $10 per Burrito, I want it loaded.

I ordered a chorizo, egg and potato burrito with white rice and refried beans in the afternoon, so they likely serve breakfast burritos all day. The burrito is served with a small bag of chip and they limit you to two cups of salsa per item ordered, so make sure to ask for as much salsa as they will give you. Salsa goes well on the burrito and can scooped up by the chips. Burrito was good and I would for sure come back here again anytime I have an appetite, like after a surf, but probably would order ahead over the phone and take it to go, since there is a long wait to get food and not many comfortable places to sit to eat. All seating is outdoors and there is plenty of on-site parking.

A friend came to town after having moved away for years. She asked to go to Corrales; it was my first time.

I have flown over 10 hours and driven another two multiple times, specifically dreaming of their double wrapped burritos. get a double wrapped of your favorite burrito here and see if it doesn’t change your outlook

A favourite of my fiance’s as she is from the area and they do not miss. Everything is so fresh and delicious. We’ve been there a few times over the years and you just come to expect great done every time. I had the grilled chicken burrito and she always gets the shredded beef. 5 stars every time.

I travel 1116 miles for these burritos every summer( except 2020, 2020 you sucked rocks), in the depths of winter as the snow falls on my house in the far north I dream of my old home and Corrales burritos, thats how good they are. If you have that one weird ginger kid in the family they have hamburgers too, but get the 4 way burrito, with extra hot sauce if you aren’t a ginger.
