Our waiter was outstanding, prompt, and efficient. The appetizer of fried pickles was exceptional. I had the Asian salad. It was large and good but nothing great. My husband had an open faced sandwich with turkey, bacon, and egg which he said would have been good except the turkey was very dry. His side was tomato pie which was excellent. The problem I had was the inappropriate, in your face really loud music. I don’t consider ACDC’s Back in Black, for example, soothing dinner music especially when blasted at top volume. I mentioned this to our waiter who said it was the manager’s choice. REALLY?

The food was very good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fine, like a sports bar with all the TVs to view! I would recommend this restaurant, even though it was very hard to find just off Pellissippi Hwy at North shore! A little pricey but what isn’t these days!?

We had a great experience at Corner 16 restaurant this weekend. My mother turned 85, and most of the family members were able to attend and have an awesome selection from brisket to smoked turkey to amazing vegetables for the vegetarian. The atmosphere was perfect at 3 pm. for those of us with hearing aides. The service was also top-notch. Don’t change anything. This was a perfect outing, and we will definitely be back soon! The Waggoners.

I love the atmosphere and space they have created in the outdoor area. I would have loved it when my children were little now I like to see the other littles play. The service is always great. The food has always been great too, but it perplexes me how a restaurant can serve a turkey and dressing dinner and also meatloaf and not have mashed potatoes on the menu… Maybe that’s just me.
