Went to this place based on a tip from an employee at the Alila hotel down the street. Boy was this person right. The pizza was fantastic (we’ve had some of the best NY pizza over the years). We know good pizza! Some of the negative reviews are a bit unfair to be honest. At their worst, this place is better than most socal pizza joints.

We are in Encinitas and this is the only spot we get pizza from. Can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas and the spicy honey is legit. 9/10 times we order pick up and it’s always on time, fresh and delicious. Plus nice to grab a beer while you wait for all you dads out there

A beautiful day to have a nice lunch at the Coast. Happens to be at the Corner Pizza in Beach town Encinitas, CA, right off of Hwy 101. Menu was simple, the storefront was simple & clean. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about suggestions as I was inquiring about the menu selections. We had the Mushroom Queen large pizza and a Padrino salad. We sat outside at the patio and the food arrived in 17 mins. We ordered the pizza – extra crispy, and my husband sent it back to crisp up a bit more. Pizza – 12″ was OK but over- topped with arugula greens ( why so much?) I added sausage to the toppings (paid extra) and It was obvious that they are cutting food cost with very sparse toppings, covered with the arugula greens so you won’t notice? Crust was better after we had it re- toasted. The salad was over dressed with red wine vinegrette, actually pooled in bottom of the bowl. The greens was a good variety – chopped radicchio, romaine, cabbage, etc, a few pieces of mini mozzarella balls & salami bits. I got used to the sourness of the vinegrette after a minute as we were hungry. We spent $55 (incl 20% tip). Not impressed by the food, staff was efficient; suggestions to management – improve the quality of the pizza, the price point is ok as long as the pizza is well dressed. Review your salad builds – specially the dressing. A few more greenery & plants around your patio would make it more landscaped & welcoming. We will stop in again when we’re in town.

Great ambiance. They had a live DJ play some very good chill music. Service is pretty quick. They have a great selection of wines and plenty of pizza options. The pizza was very good and ingredients were fresh. I recommend the tomato and burratta pizza.

I’m very fond of this place. We go here semi regularly. We get the Veggie, and their Ceasars salad. Their salad is good, pizza is good. And they usually have a great chocolate chip cookie. The atmosphere is very low key informal with mostly outside table seating. I’ve been here one time when it was more crowded waiting to pickup and a couple of customers had an issue with each other related to a dog or something. So maybe some customers are a little extra. And if you want ranch dressing with your pizza you’re out of luck. They have a sign: “No Ranch”. Also, they have raw oysters… whatever floats your boat.

Found this little gem while traveling w our daughters to Carlsbad/Oceanside for a lacrosse tournament! Small lil place tucked in a crevice of a neighborhood but oh so cute and very California! Staff was friendly and helpful to the newbies . Nice little special of $1 pizza if you ordered 2 bottles of wine! Will definitely be back next time we are out there again. Worth a repeat visit!
