Known for our weekly Saturday BBQ. We get up early Saturday morning to hickory smoke all our favorites: Ribs, Brisket, Pork, Pastrami, Ribs, and many gourmet sides. Our meat is 100% free range & grass-fed from our family owned farm, Cornerstone Farms.

What a fantastic hidden gem in Mckinney! Saturdays they are smoking amazing TX bbq and IT IS AMAZING! Ordered the dino-rib, jalapeño cheddar sausage, loaded baked potato casserole, and pasta salad. Surprisingly perfect meal for two. The beef rib was tender, well seasoned, and unctuous. Jalapeño cheese sausage was one of the best I’ve tried. Sides were pretty good too. My only criticism would be lack of vegetable options. The staff, location location location and food are top notch. Run, don’t walk and check out Corner BBQ Shack. #buonappetito

Really amazing moist brisket, chunky ribs which I would put as my #1 in the area – that dry rub is amazing. We like our brisket fatty and some don’t (no idea why!).

Some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had. My husband got a huge pile of ribs but could only eat a couple and we took the rest home. The owners are friendly. They sell homemade items in the shop. They’re building an outdoor bar. There’s only outdoor seating but they have fans and misters. The meat is all from their ranch of over 300 acres. Please go visit. If you like barbecue, you’ll love it.

Great local beef! It’s raised right there on the Cornerstone Ranch. They separated and trimmed a nice brisket for me and the price was comparable to Market Street (who won’t trim one for you). Cool place and nice people!

I’m pretty picky, especially when eating BBQ. When I do get out and really want the some great live music and some banging ribs, this is where I will go… it’s worth the 40 minute drive for me and my family, EVERY. TIME.

Cute place out in the country with a great vibe. We went for brunch and while the food we had was excellent (brisket breakfast tacos), there were only 3 items on the brunch menu. I would love to see a few more items or even brunch side items. We had to go to the bar to order soft drinks which was a bit inconvenient due to people congregating. The music (radio plus commercials) was too loud but I understand that’s personal preference. We look forward to going back for lunch and seeing some live music.

As a lifelong resident, I have eaten and cooked the best BBQ across the state of Texas. With this being said, I have never experienced a better combination of perfectly executed smoked meats than the Corner BBQ shack offers. This is the kind of place you eat at once and realize how ridiculous prices are at the more marketed BBQ joints with long lines. This place will offer you great family ran service with no wait and cater to your every need. This is homestyle cooking at its finest. I will be sad the day everyone catches on and the lines start to grow but they deserve it, it’s really just that good.
