The brisket was soooo juicy and tender with amazing flavor. I preferred it without any sauce, it didn’t need anything to take away from it’s flavor. The potato salad was delicious. I would say among the best I have had. It’s worth the wait for a parking spot and for the food.

The flavor is great and the food is just right. I can’t believe I kept driving past this place. I’m glad that I am in the know now. I’ve had the breakfast and plan to try the lunch, I’m sure it is good. Very delicious!!

This place may be a landmark where it is located but it should never have put BBQ in it’s name. When I see a place with BBQ in it’s name I think they must specialize in BBQ. This place serves BBQ that surely came out of a tub and you can clearly tell that. It was real salty and no smoky flavor at all. It tasted like Lloyd’s BBQ in the tub. The wait was long, the bathroom had no toilet paper and the trash cans were overflowing. I did like their slaw and hushpuppies though.

I go here quite often never disappointed with the food or the service. Not to mention the burgers are awesome and they have the best steak and cheese sub in Rutherford county

Burgers were a slammin’ size! We ordered one each for our toddlers and they were able to eat half during lunch and ate the rest for lunch the next day. Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Pulled pork sandwich was tasty. Fried apple pie was a sweet treat. A lot of food for the price you pay! Worth finding this gem of a food stop.

Food was great! It’s a order at the window, pick up at the window. Seating is outside in a covered area but the food makes it worthwhile!

The biggest con I’ve ever encountered. We spent 19 dollars on 2 bbq “plates” that consisted of a spoon full of barbecue and a spoon of coleslaw and two sodas. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. If you’re just showing up for taste, it’s alright. Size wise they are making an outstanding profit off the backs of the community. Even subtracting our drinks the 6.50 a plate is ridiculous.

Up front: I love places like these which exist to produce food and seating is up to you. Proto-drive thrus if you will. Wide variety of staples so you got options. Parking is…interesting, so be forewarned at typical peak eating times.

I ordered a bbq plate which was excellent.

If I’ve learned one thing in travel, when you drive past a place that looks like this and the parking lot is full, you stop. The food is great, affordable, and the patio is super nice to sit in. The onion straws are phenomenal and the fried bologna has a nice thick piece of bologna
