The cold brew coffee was good. The breakfast panini was simple and basic. It didn’t have any ordinary flavors that would make your taste buds swirled. As for the red skin potatoes, they were soft and tender. Overall price was fair and service was fine. I’m not eager to returning any time soon.

We placed our order and had ordered a banana nut muffin. The cashier was nice don’t get me wrong but they gave us a pumpkin muffin. I work in food service so I didn’t wanna go say anything it was an honest mistake and my boyfriend and i ate it anyways. But 30 minutes for a panini no bigger than the palm of my hand, a soggy BBLT sandwich and a cold brew that consisted mostly of just milk. it was literally vanilla milk. I wanted a latte but there’s a sign up that states no lattes. Overall my experience was ugly and i was dissatisfied. I unfortunately wont be coming back. which sucks cause my sister said it was really good, maybe the location she went to but this one was bad.

Manager was extremely rude. I came in for the two for Tuesday promotion that they’ve been running every Tuesday for years now. Cashier was unaware of the promotion when I showed her the email which is fine. But you would of thought I was trying to rob the door place by the way the Manager gave me push back about the coupon. She inspected the email multiple times to see if it was “expired” obviously it wasn’t they run this deal every Tuesday. I don’t understand how this is so unheard of. After back and forth she supposedly applied the coupon. When I checked my receipt at home she only applied it to 1 of 2 meals. No where does it say only one per customer or per order. Other locations haven’t given me this much attitude. Must of been because the manager had to exert so much effort to get off her phone and punch a couple buttons.

Poor food quality and management. Ordered a chicken pomodori sandwiches said it came with toasted tomatoes they literally came with one tiny piece of tomatoe. We also ordered hot soups and pastas for our lunch, NO utensils no napkins included. So what are we suppose to eat with our fingers? I called to let them know about this the employee’s response was “ok what can we do about it, my manager said theres nothing we can do about it” im appalled that this response is from a manager. We spent over $60 on an order that we couldnt enjoy. As a manager i think she could have at least apologized for the inconvenience of wasting my high priced inflation gas, my time, my mileage, and my money.& idk maybe offer ask to come back to give us what they didnt include and gee maybe a dessert on the house. En effort to show that she understands the inconvenience and disappointment we have. I left her my number and asked the employee to have her call back since she didnt have the descency to speak with me. Last time coming to this place and i can see why all the bad reviews.
