Went because I wanted breakfast, when you first walk inside there was a sign advertising pancakes. I didn’t see pancakes on the menu so I asked the gentleman, they had it! It just isn’t advertised, good to know. Got breakfast. The ice machine wasn’t working, so there was a bucket of ice on the side, not covered, or anything the strawberry lemonade was delicious, DELICIOUS. Pancakes were super fluffy, super tasty! My friend had the shrimp scampi, she really enjoyed it. The mini lemon cake was tasty, moist w/ good flavor. Place was pretty packed so our order did take along. Clean establishment, then gentleman who took our order was friendly.

I picked up the Lemon Baby Bundt to go. First off it didn’t come with the fruits on top and the cake was SUPER stale. If it wasn’t going to be an inconvenience to me, I would’ve definitely went back for refund.

I actually wanted to purchase dessert but also decided on coffee. The server informed me she was preparing to brew fresh coffee if I could wait. I appreciate this level of customer service. I ordered coffee cake, cookies and a lemon bar. All were five star.

Always love the consistency of Corner Bakery. The salad was delicious, the pastas were comforting and tasty. Portion size of the pasta was much larger than anticipated. Coffee was smooth and hot! I’d give my money to Corner Bakery over Panera any day! Did not try the pastries.

Cold rainy day and my family and I came looking for a hot meal before dropping my mom off to the airport. The coffee and soup were both cold, we all ordered the choose 2 deal. The choose 2 deal is more expensive (by about $1-2) than in San Diego. The price is not an issue but the service, food, and ambience were not up to par with San Diego locations and considering we are paying more I would like to have a similar if not better experience here in LA. I ordered a salad and the workers don’t seem to look at the lettuce before they serve it as I was served the butt of the romaine lettuce head. My dad ordered the BBLT sandwich with his deal and there was barely any bacon and he was given 2 thick end slices of tomato. No one wants the ends especially thick ends. The sandwich just looked sad honestly. The San Diego locations also use real silverware and dishes, here we were served our food in paper soup cups and given plastic flimsy spoons and forks. Disappointed and bad experience for the second time I’ve gotten to visit LA.

Food basic but hits the spot. Think basic over the counter diner. The staff here will take care if you, their nice and helpful. Kitchen speed not amazing. Usually clean place. Rarely has lines. Has a wide selection and breakfast is available all day just ask.

I usually love eating at the Corner Bakery in Manhattan Beach. Today maybe the chef was having a bad day. The Anaheim Scrambler I ordered was bland, the eggs were over cooked. My toast was burnt. The potatoes were under cooked. Maybe I will try another day. Lol.
