Shout out to Corky’s Ribs & BBQ. Just spent a week in Memphis and came here twice it was so good! First visit I had the pulled pork dinner. Second visit I had 1/3 rack w dry rub (perfectly cooked), twice-baked potato salad (wish I had this recipe), and a delicious peach cobbler.

The food was amazing. Getting the ribs half and half (half wet and half dry) was a great option to try both styles, and both were great! The dry rub on the ribs was by far my favorite. They sell the sauce and dry rub in the store. When we went, they were completely out of the original dry rub to buy, showing how great it must be in store as well as for your own recipe! I would highly recommend this place to those traveling through Memphis as it was the best ribs I’ve ever had!

Full slab 1/2 and 1/2 was delicious. Dry rub side was tender and moist and the dry rub hits! Wet side was Smokey and juicy and tender! Great smoke and bark on the ribs! Sides were great aswell. Smoked wings with that ranch!! Can’t beat em’. Smokey, big,juicy and great tooth feel to them! Great atmosphere and good vibes with the music!

Was in Memphis for business and was warned about Memphis bbq, but decided to try it out for myself. I should have paid attention and heeded the warnings. The brisket didn’t look done and tasted spoiled. I left a half of slab of ribs on my plate. The green beans tasted like they had vinegar in them and the twice baked potato salad tasted spoil. Not my favorite at all.
