Forgot to add a picture of the escargot with pesto sauce– very good with the garlic bread…. But they need to add more garlic bread to it. The best pasta was the linguine marechiara!

First time here. Came with a friend for dinner. Cozy and warm ambiance. Friendly service. The menu had several items that included truffles which is usually a good sign. They start with delicious warm crusty bread served with a dish of olive oil over butter (first time I see that). The portion sizes here are very hearty. We shared a good Cesar salad. I ordered the special – crab stuffed sea bass with roasted potatoes and green beans. It was good but not amazing which is why I’m taking one star off. Friend ordered pasta with chicken which she loved and couldn’t finish. Now the warm cookie with ice cream dessert was fantastic! A warm chocolate chip cookie cake, crusty on the outside, warm and gooey in the inside, served with vanilla ice cream. A great way to end a meal. I ordered the capellini with mushrooms and truffle to go and enjoyed that later at home, although it is probably best eaten fresh. I would definitely go back.

It’s okay. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again. Salmon was overdone for my taste. Chicken meatballs were pretty good. Mussels smelled funny. Sent them back. Caesar salad was good. Bread was great and served with butter and olive oil. Almost gave them an extra star for that. Seating was uncomfortable, chocolate chip dessert was disappointing and service was scattered.

The large portions leave plenty to take home. The flavors were excellent. The pastas were cooked perfectly and not mushy. All of the produce and ingredients were quite fresh. BYOB is always a bonus.

I went for lunch this afternoon and the food was fantastic. My friends and I split a few sandwiches and they were out of this world. This pizza crust was thin and crispy, perfectly cooked. The ambiance in this restaurant doesn’t compare to any other restaurant in Bergen County. Family owned and run, the service makes you feel like you are at home.

I received the wrong pizza via doordash delivery. Would have been forgivable if it was actually good. Salty, bland sauce and so-so crust . It was not cut properly and couldn’t be pulled apart without the cheese coming off. Ordered a sandwich with a baguette and got a soft hero. It was edible and that’s about it.

If you’re having food delivered from here, be weary. I drive for Uber eats and on a delivery not even 10 minutes ago, the poor packaging of the food that happens nearly every single time has caused marinara sauce to flood my front seat and floor. I make sure the food is safe and kept in a secure position. This happens every time I pick up from here and the customer was clearly upset (I don’t blame them) and now my seat and floor are ruined. On top of that, I will certainly not be getting the very generous tip they left despite this not being my fault. They need to find a new way to package the food because this doesn’t happen with any other restaurant in the area. I finally had to say something even though I’ve noticed this for months and now my interior is ruined. In summary, be careful if you’re ordering for delivery from this place. I won’t be picking up from here any longer.
