Needed food urgently for the kiddo and this place popped up when I typed in chicken nuggets. So came in without any prior idea of the establishment other than they have nuggets. The restaurant is really nice inside. We were seated by the fireplace and there was also live music. There were times when the waiter disappeared for extended times but service was good overall.

Wonderful ambiance. Solid service. Cork and Barrel is a great option for brunch or hanging out on the patio with drinks. I was impressed by the amount of outdoor seating and expansive lawn in the back for dogs and kids to run around. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast bowl for brunch and the kids loved the açaí bowl and chicken and waffles ( from the adult menu – I do wish they had a kids menu) Overall, a great option with lots of variety and plenty of choices for drinks. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a tasty meal at Cork & Barrel. I had the stew. It was tasty with a bit of a kick. The kiddos enjoyed the pizza. Two folks in our party had the fish and chips and both said the fish was good. I got the molten cake, which was delicious. Two people in our group shared the carrot cake, which I don’t think was as good because they didn’t even finish half of it. The desserts were small, especially for the price ($12 each). The atmosphere, both inside and out, was very nice.

The most excellent place for great drinks, great food and an awesome feel good environment. It’s definitely not your typical neighborhood restaurant and pub. The staff and managers are the best. Excellent and committed service. If you want a true Ireland meets Texas feel, Cork & Barrel is the place for you.

Cocktails and food at the bar. Visited around 4:30pm on a Wednesday very little traffic, no one at the bar upon arrival. Bartender very knowledgeable of IPAs and beers, offered tastes for selection. Cocktails standard. Short Ribs were good and charcuterie board was sweet/savory- very filling. Wheelchair accessible throughout restaurant and bathroom. Nice fireplace and outdoor patio area.

Stopped in here on my first trip to texas and it was delicious! Went for the sunday brunch and the pretzel and garlic cheese dip was the best ever! So many little details that make the place so fun and interesting!

This is the most authentic Irish pub in Austin and the food is amazing. The charcuterie board was delicious with local Texan touches such as the pecans. They make some of their own beers here and the glazed carrots with the marmalade sauce were the best that I’ve ever had. They have beautiful interior decor including authentic antiques from Ireland and pub glass from Ireland . The built the oven to look like the boiler room in the Titanic and the bathrooms to look like a first class cabin which is super unique! I would highly recommend this restaurant for its high quality food, reasonable prices, and impeccable interior.

Very cool bar and restaurant. The building is spacious and clean with an awesome outdoor space. Seema like a fun place to hangout especially with a live band. I ordered the burger, fries, and a beer. The burger and fries were both cooked well and delicious. $19 for a burger and fries is a little steep for me. My coworkers did the half sandwich and soup/salad combos, those looked like a better deal. I might try that route or just won’t eat here and maybe just grab a beer in the evenings?

After a “in-over their head” Valentines Day date, manager Terra reacted professionally and quickly to our feedback. Tonight, we were served by Erwin who provided wonderful, personable service. For the appetizer, we had the Artichoke dip – which was amazing!! We had the Beef Short Rib and Petit Filet for our main course. And ended the night with an awesome cheesecake. This place has their stuff together – kind staff, responsive management, and most of all – really good food. Environment is warm and romantic – perfect for a date night. This is going to be a regular for my partner and I. Highly recommend to anyone. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
