Boy howdy this food is good! I got the porkchop and my wife got the Asian salad and they were both AMAZING! You have to try the Molly Ringwald cocktail, fruity with some lime and the perfect amount of bite! The food was cooked perfectly! Their menu is short and sweet which I loved! I also got the deviled eggs which were DELICIOUS! 5/5 stars you gotta try this place!

This was my first time at the Cork & Pig Tavern. I found it to be a bit on the pricey side as I was looking through the menu. I mean a pizza for $17…geez. Then again, I know that we are living in inflatious times so, I guess it’s right.

After visiting here twice, I can say that they’re easily one of the best spots in Abilene. Nice beautiful modern interior, great customer service, and amazing array of higher quality food and drink. I’ve tried a few items from the menu and you honestly can’t go wrong with anything here! I understand this is not a restaurant that folks from Abilene may be accustomed to due to its higher price, but it’s a welcome change because you do get what you pay for and it’s evident given they’re always packed – so make sure you make a reservation in advance!

Went for lunch on a Monday afternoon, and the service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. I ordered the blackened fish (salmon) tacos with fries and ended up taking some home to finish later. I think the blackened seasoning was applied in just the right amount. The sriracha mayo was perfectly spicy. The cabbage was angel hair thin, easy to grab and eat without everything falling out and all over the plate. The french fries are shoe string, which is my favorite cut! They were salted perfectly. I’ll have to try the truffle fries next time!

Beautiful place! Love the look. Good was delicious. Service was great. Our waitress really knew what she was talking about. I would say a little pricy but the taste is worth it. Mimosa could have been better.

Our server, Morgan, was a delight. I love the San Angelo location and was SOOOO excited they opened in Abilene! Morgan was super careful to let us know about any gluten in dishes and even double checked with kitchen staff. Kept drinks full and just had great energy. Food was delicious and the place has such a vibe. Will def be back for date night. Y’all better hold on to Morgan, she’s a good worker for sure and I want her to be our server next time!
