THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! On their website they offer curbside pickup where you enter your cars make and model and direct you to call the restaurant once you’re there. I did that, and instead of saying they weren’t able to offer curbside because maybe they were short staffed, they told me “you need to come inside” and hung up the phone. Whoever it was did not state their name and sounded like they had an attitude. The food is good, but everytime I visit here the team members have an attitude.

There was hair in my daughters Mac and cheese. The workers have facial hair and don’t wear coverings. The guy with multiple piercings that is mentioned in many other comments is horrible. When I complained about the hair he didn’t say anything. I asked to talk to the manager and gave her feedback and she didn’t seem to care or offer anything either. I don’t know how this place is still open. I asked to have blue berries replace strawberries in a smoothie and was told they don’t do replacements. Never coming back here. For the four of us the bill was over $60 and they asked me to choose between a 15%, 18% or 20% tip for a fast food restaurant. After the manager saw me writing this review she came over to the table and asked what she could do. I told her we were not eating because were were grossed out. She told us to have a nice night.

Terrible service. Their system stole a tip from my card once I tapped it and they refused to do anything to compensate the mishap. I would have tipped because I’m a service worker, I would not have tipped the maximum option. They barely even greeted me.

Staff was super kind and knowledgeable. My husband wanted a seasonal dish that they didn’t currently have but they made it for him and told him how to order it whenever he comes in. They were also great with food allergies and made sure everything was safe for me.

We love this place! Quick healthy meal that the whole family enjoys, even a picky toddler. The southwestern rice bowl switching out lettuce with spinach and kale gives me a power boost. My husband loves the bbq ranch.

The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, however the staff on duty the day I came in were incredibly rude and dismmisive to me and my grandma, who has trouble hearing. They didn’t even greet or acknowledge us, instead they were all laughing and talking amongst themselves, acting like we were an annoyance for just walking in! I’m not one to complain or post reviews, but I felt this was necessary to share. Please do better.
