I’m usually a fan of core life but this was my first time at the webster location and it was a big miss. Every employee was clearly very frustrated with their coworker who was manning the grill, as he held up the line by not having any chicken prepared. I waited far longer than I ever have at other cores for chicken to be cooked. I ended up with a genuinely laughable amount of chicken on my bowl… at their prices, you need to at least get some protein with your “meal” otherwise it’s literally a rice bowl. If you want core, try brighton I guess…

It was a lil expensive, but worth it. I got the Greek Chicken and Quinoa. It was amazing. I was very satisfied. Great service and dining. Good portions. They had a regular and a large bowl. A huge menu selection as well. Will be returning. (The one out in Henrietta was fantastic too)

Corelife has a really sweet modern design. Just walking on the place is a really great experience. Always has incredibly fresh ingredients. The poke bowl taco was phenomenal. So fresh and had a small kick of spicy that brought it to life. All of the lemonades are also really great! Fast and good service too.

I love the Black & Blue…one of my favorites…when the steak is fresh, but I ordered a Chicken Cobb salad and it was less than…chicken was minimal and it came with avocado, bacon and egg yet the only thing visible was the greens egg and chicken.The presentation was terrible, but on your website it shows this amazing POPULAR Chicken Cobb salad, nooooooooooo very misleading, especially for customers who order online. I did go back to speak with the manager, however he was busy and in the middle of an interview. I have thirty years of customer service,

In the past, we’ve always loved this store, but some of the value and customer service seems to be lacking. I came in with my mother to order 4 dishes altogether. We ended up waiting 30 minutes in a line of 6 people because they allowed the first group to keep adding people in as they arrived (which everyone in the growing line was getting upset about). I’m used to it being a wait, and I could appreciate that they had a stack of orders, but it was discouraging to watch multiple people allowed to budge a line after arriving 15 minutes after their party.

Ordered through the app and when I got to the store they said they were out of pork. I requested greek chicken instead and they were out of falafel. They scooped up the crumbs from the bin and gave it to me. I asked about it and they assured me this was normal. We went to eat and my friend found a long hair in his food but didn’t want to complain due to the time it took to get our orders. Never again webster.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but the last few times I’ve ordered online from here they always forget something. First time I ordered dressing tossed and they didn’t even include the dressing. Last time my chicken caesar salad had no chicken. Finally, This time they forgot a side of Mac & cheese. If it happened once in a while, mistakes happen. But I feel like since it’s continual, it’s an effort thing. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re fine with not getting what you paid for. Go to brighton location, if you want a good experience.

Ok salad but checkout the food while it is being prepared and check your receipt. so here is the story ordered something that needed tzaiki sauce. The preparer realized no tzaiki sauce in the bottle so asked someone to get it. In this place you can see the prep taking place. I had to hold off other preparers from sending my bowl on for completion before the tzaiki sauce was added, I think this happened twice. And then on to payment experience. The cashier apparently prepared the system to get my card payment and asked me to Apple Pay away. It wasn’t so I spent 2m waving my phone and toggling the phone on and off to no avail. Then the attendant comes back, apologizes for not setting it up correctly and sets up the gizmo again. Was trying to select the tip but wouldn’t accept so the attendant turns the payment gizmo around flicks some buttons and my phone is able to Apple Pay it. However when I checked the receipt, the wrong tip had been paid. When approached the attendant said that this happens from time to time. Hence the advice to check.

Skip this place and head to the chipotle next door. Portions here are horrible. They gave me 4 pieces of chicken and called that a full portion…. i asked for more they gave me 3 more pieces. Customer service isn’t their strong suit either. Definitely won’t be coming back here!
