Excellent drinks! The Headhunter was fruity and delicious. The Coconut Lavender Lemonade was creamy and fantastic. Fried green tomatoes (with crab) were tasty, though the breading was a bit thicker than what we like. The chicken fried steak was epically delicious and the pasta Orleans had the right amount of spice, though the sauce could have been just a tad thicker. Definitely recommend!

Very good Cajun fare. I had the shrimp and grits and although the shrimp was slightly overcooked, the grits made up for it. I also tried the gumbo and it was authentic with a nice spice profile. The honeysuckle strawberry artisanal cocktail was a nice complement to the spices. Try this place!

First time going here. Loved the food. Atmosphere was calm and chill. I’d definitely eat here again if I was in the area. Lots of menu options to choose from in the future.

Update: we still go all the time and it’s always good! I’m so glad Benton has a place with Cajun style food. Everything we got was good, but try the crawfish Mac and cheese! Absolutely delicious. The fried shrimp is some of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try more things.

As a native Louisiana girl…this food was excellent. My husband had the shrimp and grits. My daughter and I both had the blackened catfish. And bread pudding for dessert. Everything was exceptional. Best Cajun restaurant . Will definitely be back soon!

Smoked queso was yummy. I got chicken fried steak at the waitress’s suggestion and would not recommend it. Frozen patty- not from scratch-think school cafeteria. My husband’s steak was cooked correctly and had good flavor. My daughter had chicken strips and mac n cheese- she liked the chicken. I also had a Strawberry Basil Arkansas Mule and was pleasantly surprised. My husband ordered the bread pudding- also not homemade and wasn’t great. The service was great- the atmosphere was average and loud- typical of a family restaurant. All in -our family of 3 was $125. Overpriced. The menu says its a scratch kitchen- the sides may be from a scratch. None of our entrees were.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday night at 6 and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I got a Paloma and I’ve had a lot of good Palomas but this wasn’t one of them. It had no flavor and might have just been water in terms of the favor of it. We got the crawfish cheese dip and it was the only good thing of the night that I tried. The only problem with it was that it comes with bread. Y’all bread with cheese dip is disgusting. This is purely my opinion but cheese dip is scared. And why would anyone want bread with it? Vomit. They were very nice and offered us potato chips with it. At least that was good.

A friend of mine has heard of Copper Mule for a while, so when we had a chance to go, we jumped.
