We love this Cooper’s Hawk location in Gilbert. The service is always top notch, we always have very attentive servers. This is our second visit. There are so many delicious items on the menu with an equally matched wine selection. We ordered Chicken Risotto and Country Rigatoni. Excellent dishes.

My husband and I tried Cooper’s Hawk for the first time and it was superb! Kenzie was an excellent server and my husband was happy because she laughed at his jokes. Lol. Great atmosphere. Packed, so book a reservation. It’s also a wine bar; we actually aren’t wine people so we had other drinks. We will definitely be back!! Pics are crab fritters, wedge salad, Parmesan crusted chicken and the chocolate cake. Kenzie said they have a scratch kitchen and can accommodate for allergies so that’s great for folks who need modifications.

Been a fan ever since the Coopers Hawk in Burridge opened. Every location we have been to is true to the values and consistent flavor of food and wine. We love the experience every time. This time we visited the newest location in Gilbert at San Tan. We had the pleasure of having Jane serve us. Jane was awesome. Such a sweet and attentive server which made our experience even better. We enjoyed the chicken pot stickers, lobster & crab bisque, medallions and gnocchi all topped off with a receees cookie/ice cream and chocolate martini. Great time and excellent food as always.

Food was delicious! Rustic but sophisticated, great service, lovely decor. Nice place for a date, also has a bar and great selection of wine. Will definitely be back! Was part of a large group, service was good, key lime pie was amazing!

This place was busy, but it WAS a Friday night. Still, since business was booming you’d think service might suffer but it did not. Jake certainly took care of us. Plenty of wine to choose from and the menu has enough listed for many types of tastes. Worth the wait but you can make a reservation too.

Really great concept. Wine tasting room as you enter. Full restaurant and bar in the back. All of the wines served are their wines but they also have a full bar with really good drinks. The filet trio with the blue cheese crust was amazing. Don’t miss the burrata bruschetta it so insanely good. We will be going back soon. Really good and reasonably priced for what you get.

First time trying Cooper Hawk’s and it did not disappoint. Had the Bruschetta appetizer and then tried the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Very tasty. Service was great. We shall return.

Wow! My wife and I wanted to try something new for our anniversary. We chose Cooper’s Hawk and we’re so glad we did. Our server Stephanie was amazing. The restaurant was extremely busy, but she was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. Her bright cheerful attitude together with the amazing food really made for a wonderful evening.
