Such a wonderful place for dinner. Cozy inside and reminds you of a Wisconsin place. Their Bloody Mary was amazing and we had the chicken was so good!! Served very hot and large portions as well. My son had the pasta for a side and he enjoyed it as well. Also came in a huge portion. Looking forward to come back and try many other specials they serve great place!

Terrible customer service. Has gone down hill tremendously since Covid. Our entire family used to pick up or dine in weekly but this establishment won’t be getting anymore of our money, support or referrals. Whichever female answers the phone needs fired yesterday. It’s been 1.5 years since we’ve ordered food from Cookies and we called tonight to see if they were doing take out orders (apparently it’s too much work to put food in boxes since Covid. We’ve tried a few times to order out and we’re always rudely told they’re not accepting to go orders or they pick up the phone and hang up) For whatever reason we decided to give them one final try tonight. Female answered the phone 4/19 at approximately 6:50pm and said she would check if they were doing take out orders, put the phone down and we could hear her going about her business the entire 9 minutes and 20 seconds we stayed on hold listening to her personal conversations. We called back, someone answered the phone (no greeting) and laid the phone back down again. Sorry, Keith. You guys must be doing really well to keep turning down business. Best wishes.

Had the Fried Chicken dinner. Chicken amazing, mashed potatoes delicious. Green beans need some flavor. My hubby had the Filet, it was yummy. Twice baked needs a little help, a tiny bit on the dry side.

Such a cozy place!! Had the Prime Rib & fried shrimp with a double baked potato. The steak was cooked just the way we liked it, very tender & delicious! We also ordered the Poor boy with American Cheese on one side and Motz. Cheese on the other. Just added pickles. Very good! The beef noodle soup was very good & hearty as well!! Our waitress was also very good!! ❤️
