The food was good as always and for the price I was able to feed me and a friend for less than $20 and we were full. That’s hard to do. The food also didn’t take long they forgot my shake but got it out quick as soon as I asked about it. I work in the customer service industry so I know how easy it is to forget things. Normally the atmosphere is decent but this time there was an old guy just straight up staring at me and my friend it really creeped us out so we left a little quicker than we planned but overall it wasn’t a bad visit I definitely recommend it if you’re on a budget!

Cheapest meal we’ve ever had. 2nd time we have been. Portions are SMALL but fair for pricing. The sweet tea tastes like a sugar can factory exploded over one single bag of tea! You will, in FACT, become a diabetic at one sip. We added 50%water and 14 lemon packs and still floated into a sugar coma for the rest of the day. Beware!

I love cookout as much as the next person. Great food and deal for late nights after work. The one issue I have with it in particular ,is the fact that it’s once in a blue moon that I actually get a drink that isn’t just carbonated water… it’s not hard to change out those drink machines. The employees or manager on duty needs to keep a better eye on what they’re putting in cups and SELLING… do better. That’s all

Absolutely disgusted by this restaurant. My husband and son went to use the restroom and my son slipped and fell down from the piss soaked floors from the overflowing urinal. Absolutely disgusting my poor child. Also brought this up to the employees in the front and they could care less. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and waited 15 minutes before the manager came and handed us an employee accident report. I will be reporting this business to the health department because clearly they do not care about sanitary bathrooms I sure do hope the back is not like the restrooms for their patrons to use.

My family and I eat at Cook Out, in Hattiesburg Ms every so often. The food is always great and we enjoy eating here. I would recommend if you haven’t tried it, to do it. It’s affordable and the food is good.

The crew members thinks it’s Hysterical to get orders wrong back to back. Ordered three walking tacos and got it wrong each time. The Manger tried her best to Convince me that the order was right when it was wrong. Some little girl came up laughing saying ” it’s the sour cream.” The fact that customer’s want what they are paying for isn’t funny. But the real joke is that they can’t get a simple order right to save their lives. Got a refund and won’t be coming back.

I understand people coming right before close, but right before close they are specifically slow and do not provide a great amount of food. In relation to cheese bites they always short you in the amount you are supposed to receive. Again I understand fast food places and their workers wanting to leave, but I do not feel service should suffer in the workers ability to provide a quality experience and food. This place is sub-par always.
