We were visiting family from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. My husband went to pick up food from Cookout. Logan was his cashier. He was rude and acted like he had better things to do than take our order. It was August 5th at 9:52pm. He gave us the food and walked off. Once we got back to the hotel and opened it up, it was completely wrong. We didn’t get anything from our order. We were given 2 orders of chicken tenders. That was annoying. But we could have dealt with it if we had been given any sauce of any kind. So we just had a whole bunch of dry tenders. Maybe if the employee cared more about his job and the customer, people would receive the correct food and what they paid for.

We were traveling and saw the signs along our trip, so we wanted to try them out. The burger meat was small. There were more condiments and bun than meat. The chicken nuggets were nasty. Fries were good, the onion rings were not. And the mint chocolate milk shake was good.

Clean outdoor order center. The amount of food you get for $7 is crazy. Why have I never been to cook out before!? I had a strawberry milkshake, and it was great. I was supposed to keep driving but I think I have to sleep now

The food is always great but this was my tray that came out. My sides were onion rings and fries. I’ve gotten fewer and fewer onion rings each time I try to go and the fries are fewer. I got three onion rings this time. It’s almost worth it to go up to the Watson location to get what you’re paying for.

Is there a way to give 0 stars? Because this sucked. Cookout in Perry Ga. The guy at the window was rude. Then my first burger is smaller than my debit card. And my girls burger has two full slices of onion? I think y’all need some new cooks?

I really never thought much about this chain. But their food is pretty good and the shakes are tasty. Always fast service for the drive-thru. It is a nice alternative to the regular burger joints. And it is on the less expensive side of some of these places.

I recently went through on an east coast family trip and decided to swing by because it sounded tasty. The service was outstanding, prompt, and the staff was very warm and courteous. The food was hot and tasty. The burger was DELICIOUS. The fries were crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. All in all, excellent first experience. Will certainly be back on our next trip!
