Me and the Grands went to Myrtle Beach and stayed in Conway. The hotel was literally next door. For the 4th of July, we wanted barbecue, and this place had a great sandwich and other items that we enjoyed. They were very quick in getting our food. And the food was great (had some seasonings ). Great customer service, especially serving children. Will visit again wherever they are located.

The inside is never open, so drive through, unless you don’t mind waiting in the hot sun for your meal. Otherwise, service is always quick and efficient. I have yet to wait longer than 5 to 8 minutes, 2 minutes average. Food is always great and affordable. A much better/ affordable alternative to McDonald’s.

I ordered 4 shakes all small and regular vanilla flavor nothing extravagant. The the size was worth the price they looked medium size. The ice cream was very stuff tho. I’m use to a more loose shake I waited 20 mins and myself and children still weren’t able to enjoy them we end up eating them with the spoons they gave us. The ice cream was good. I’d go back for regular ice cream

Grabbed a quick bite here on a Friday night. We ordered at the walk up window outside. The employee (Prince) who was taking orders did a great job balancing taking orders and running to the kitchen to grab the orders as they were made. Prices were good for the quality of food and speed of service was also good!

Staff was VERY rude! Charged us wrong, Ladasha at the window was so rude and basically threw our food at us ! Definitely ruined the vibe of the night while we were on vacation!!!

Frequent here often. Food and milkshakes are good. The drive-thru attendants practically throw the food at you in a rush a lot tho. I never have this issue at the other cookouts in the area. But all in all a great place with many options to choose from.

The dining room was closed, making it very inconvenient to order for 5 people in the car—especially those of us who are unfamiliar with the menu. We could barely understand the person taking our order because of the poor speaker system & loud background noise inside the restaurant. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 11 years myself, so I’m usually pretty nice & understanding. However, I snapped when the employee said “you have to tell me everything that you want on the burger” in a rude tone. We live 10 hours away and do not have Cook Out Restaurants where we are from. The food was GREAT, the milkshakes were OUTSTANDING, but the customer service was a ZERO for me.

The prices are fantastic and so is the food. The BEST burger I’ve ever had and the shakes are so delicious. I’ve ordered a ton of food from cook out and nothing has been bad. I once accidentally got a plain burger and it was still delicious because the patties are so good. Everyone needs to eat it at least once and you won’t regret it. Currently there is no dine is so you can order at the window or drive thru.
