This is the worst cookout I have ever been to! It was around 10pm so maybe they don’t care about their late night service. We had two separate orders made via the drive thru. We kept having to repeat what we said and at one point, we thought the person left.

I was unaware of the lobby being closed at a certain time. Then when I placed my order I asked what type of drinks they have all they told me was coke products instead of letting me know what type of sodas specifically they had. Also one of the employees there got on the intercom and announced that the lobby was closed which I felt didn’t need to be done cause the cashier told us that. Then when I got my food I only had 3 chicken nuggets 5 white cheddar cheese bites and a burger. The burger was very disappointing cause there was more bread then meat. I know I won’t do business with that takeout or any of them after that service.

Walked in lobby stood there for 15 minutes three employees saw my party and totally ignored us and kept taking orders in drive thru as people were walking out your door. One family came in to complain there food was wrong and ended up leaving stating they would not return since thry wete forced to eat wrong order due to nobody coming to see whst was wrong with it.

Having been a Cook Out fan for years, I must say this place is an embarrassment to the Cook Out brand. Walking in the door the iconic wooden benches and tables were missing leaving an empty hole in the dining area. Upon ordering two of the items I requested I was told they were out of. Ordered alternatives which tasted ok. Back to the dining area the soda fountain is no longer there leaving a blank stainless steel counter with minimal condiments and utensils. No napkins. I went back to the counter to ask for some napkins and was told they were out of those too.
