I love cookout, I choose it over other restaurants. I had left a 5 star review here before but had to revise it after my recent visit. I’m absolutely shocked and truly believe the PM shift from Friday night should be let go. Went in there and got 4 meals for my family. They were rude to me when I was trying to order. Got to the window and they gave me 3, and the bill rang up for 24.04. I asked for an extra cookout sauce and a boy said you have some at the bottom of the bag. Okay? I was confused but as we drove off my girlfriend informed me they missed a meal. I turned back around and got the 4th meal. Has to go through and reorder it. As we left we made it past the gas station leaving lugoff towards the highschool and realized they charged me for all 4 meals on the first transaction. Realizing I was out $10 I turned around to get my money back. I got to the cookout went to the window and informed the young lady of the mistake. She tried to give me a 5th meal and i informed her I just wanted my money back and gave her both receipts. I showed her how I was overcharged. She took both receipts and went to get the manager. The manager comes up and asked me what I want. I explained the situation and he tries to give me the 5th meal again, I said I just want the $10 for the meal I had to reorder. He showed me one receipt for the $10 meal, I said yes there’s another that shows I was “charged 24.04” but actually charged $32 on my card. He asked the workers for the receipt and conveniently they lost the receipt that 24.04. After some more arguing with the manager he painstakingly gave me back my $10. Instead of offering the meal they made by accident after thinking that’s what I wanted, he threw it away very sarcastically. I was overall shocked by the whole experience and the whole crew being rude to me when I was just trying to order 4 meals. Shameful, also not to mention we barely got any food in the meals we were given.

The service was slow, and the food was not close to right. The lady acted like she could hear us or understand us. We had to tell her what we ordered 4 times and then had to make sure at the window we got our order.

New place. Food was good. No seating outside. Lady refused to give me a refill of my drink. Minor inconvenience but still one none the less. Traveling through and it would been nice to not have to stop again for a drink or pay over $2 for a cup of ice with a splash of coke.

We wanted a milkshake and the machine was down and we got stuck in line and got nothing. Rude and uncaring employee. I understand why they have a 4 rating. Hopefully they can improve this soon.

They do have a really good selection of shakes. Their burgers are burgers nothing spectacular. I do like that you can ” build” your own meal boxes but the food is ok again nothing spectacular. Drive thru lines can get long. Drive thru only no inside dining here.

We are PA and stopped in there to eat while on vacation,we fed 6 people for $47 then went back and got milkshakes,all the food and shakes were amazing! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is a drive thru or order outside only location. No dining room. But service is always fast and friendly. Hush puppies, milkshakes and quesadias are great!
