I’ve always loved Cookout burgers and milkshakes, but over the last few months, the quality of the food has become garbage. The staff is always friendly, but an undercooked hamburger from a fast food joint is unacceptable. Had I not only had a few minutes for my lunch break I would have looked before I took 3 bites.

I just wanna start off by saying that if you’re not happy with working at a place you shouldn’t work there. The girl who took our order at 1:30am was rude, snappy and had a horrible attitude that was uncalled for. The guy who took our money and gave us the food was very generous. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve thrown my drink at her. And based on the previous reviews, I’m not the only one who dealt with her attitude

4 chicken quesadillas with maybe 1/4 cup of chicken on all of them. One was just straight cheese. It’d be different if we spent $16 on two trays and got atleast a cup of chicken for 4 all together but this is terrible. Worst cookout i’ve been too in a while. Inflation is inevitable but this makes no sense.
