My daughter found this in her food, I’m not sure if its a braid, bug or animal but she was very disappointed and disgusted, my poor baby thought it was bacon but as you can see it wasn’t— we love cookout, we live over an hour away from this particular location do we couldn’t take it back, but very disappointed & disgusted!!! I’m so happy she didn’t eat whatever it is …. My nuggets were old and I prayed hard over my food because of the low sanitation grade

Drive thru was terrible. She totally yelled at me when I didn’t order fast enough. I asked for extra ketchup and had to beg for it twice. And what in the world is this “burger”? Is anyone old enough to remember “Where’s The Beef”!?? Plus, driving down the road with a soda overflowing is hazardous! Will not stop here again.

Cashier Natalie was very rude and unpleasant. Had a visible attitude about having to do her job the entire time she was taking my order and giving me my food at the window. None of our drinks were marked and when we asked what was what she rolled her eyes and shut the window without even answering the question. Part of my order was missing, but other than that the food itself was delicious and hot. Customer service is very important though because this lady’s attitude has made me not want to come back and spend any more of my money here.

I generally love cookout but we had a terrible experience. We were in line for at least 25 min and when we got our food, the burger patties were tiny! One of the orders was a big double tray and the patty was half the size of one patty. The chicken in the quesadilla was tough/burnt. We very disappointed. The only good thing about this one was the milkshake, which is why we give 2 stars.

Chocolate malt shakes get five stars. “Walking Taco” was not really working for me but I’m trying to keep an open mind. It is fun, I get that, but its in a bag of Doritos? Still, the shakes.

Ordered 2 two chicken quesadilla trays with chili chz fries and honey mustard chicken wrap. When I got home there was no chicken in the quesadilla only cheese. Really disappointed.

Surprisingly good food! Inexpensive, did taste like home BBQ burgers. Milkshakes were super thick and tasty. Kind of an ‘industrial’/sparse interior.
