Stopped this cookout on a road trip to the beach i myself did not get anything instead opting for the Taco Bell next door, however, everyone else with us did and they all loved it! The people were super nice here, although it was a little hard to hear on the intercom and ordering it, cookout can generally be complicated. Cookout offer some of the best value in terms of fast food, and this location is a really good one! Way better than the one in Asheboro, North Carolina and just as good as the one in Albemarle North Carolina!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla for an 8 yr old with no sauce, got home and it had shredded chicken and sauce even tho the ticket had it correct. Went back to get it corrected and was told by the manager it was correct and handed it back. Will not be going back and making sure everyone else knows how their management is.

The food is gud but this is my 2nd time when I go it take bout 20 min to order ur telling them 3 times and when u get to the window to pay u waiting bout 20 min again the only thing they doin is talking and laughing they get ur money and u haven’t got ur drinks yet that’s another 20min and then u get your food and when u leave ur order still won’t be right..they need to know ur Customers is paying u and keep the business goin if don’t have ur customers u won’t have a job.

Love myself some Cookout, however this has to be the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Waited 25 minutes in line (pulled up directly to window, so not busy). This is the second time visiting here and somehow they are always slow.

Food was decent enough but wasn’t given a lot sauces when I asked like other cookouts have. The line moved very quickly and was a little long when I pulled up. I got a chicken strip tray and the chicken was very good quality and tasty.

This was, by far, the worst Cook Out I’ve ever been too. I ordered three trays, and the girl taking my order didn’t seem to know which tray she was working on. I had to repeat myself several times for each tray while ordering. When we pulled up to the window, she was playing around on her phone. She clearly found it inconvenient to take my card, and the window slammed in my face was the icing on the cake. Her two inch nails were cute, but kind of inappropriate for a restaurant. I guess I’m trying to figure out why she was there since she clearly wasn’t interested in doing the job. The food also seemed like a step down from other locations, but that could just be the sour taste in my mouth from the staff. Anyway, I’m glad this isn’t my usual Cook Out. What a disaster.
