The guy running one side of the drive thru was majorly stoned. Couldn’t even hear him talk and made everything very confusing. The food was pretty basic, it works for its purpose though being it’s marketed towards cheap and drunks.

Even though on any given night you can arrive at this location and the both drive through lines can be wrapped halfway around the building and back out to the road. Never has it taken more than 7 to 10 minutes to get all the way through the line. And somehow they still seem to get the orders right? Can’t really ask for much more than that

The food served there is very good. I like the barbecue sandwich and the bacon wrap combo. Also you still get a decent size drink and fries with your meal. And its great when you have workers that pleasantly greet you.

First time at this location. Ordered onion rings with sauce – didn’t get sauce. Ordered corn dog with mustard – didn’t get mustard. Glad that I shook the soda cup because it had way too much ice. BBQ sandwich was good though and so were the onion rings once I got the ketchup out of my car to go with them.

Food was delicious! The order was wrong but it was a great mistake because the cheese fries were much better than the hush puppies ordered would have been. So happy mistake! Food was hot & fresh and I will be going back!

Rocky Mount Cook Out have fell off tremendously. I had to wait over 40 minutes in line for a double cheeseburger combo. My food was prepared correctly but the fact that I had to wait that long in line is ridiculous. I definitely will not be coming back anytime soon.

This place was alright when I first moved into Rocky Mount. I don’t frequent often but that last month or so this cook out customer service has declined greatly. They have given me an incorrect order several times or the quality of food has not been the same as when I first started going to this place. I will say there was one person in there that would get my order right and quality was good to. For lack of having his name, he looks like the lead singer from Nirvana.

The food was classic Cook Out! I always enjoy the banana pudding milkshake. The employees were patient and very attentive. There was only an option to use the double drive thru which was a bit disappointing. We were looking forward to sitting down to eat.
