The burgers are nothing like use to be. They are still good but slim patties like McDonald’s. The hamburger use to be thick and taste like beef. Not so much anymore. Order tray with cheese bites you get 4 or if lucky 5. There food is still great but they were better in past. So have found a better for money but will continue to go to Cookout but not as often.

They have so many different choices. The menu can be confusing for first-time customers. Personally, I would order at the window instead of drive-thru for the first few times so you can better understand your options.

Nasty don’t recommend! The service window woman was rude the food was not good ! we thru it out actually . I am not one to complain but they need to retrain the staff or something . The nachos was served in a taped domino’s bag ? The milkshakes had whole slices of peaches in them because they were not blended AT ALL .

They always get my quesadillos right now….chicken with no sauce and add extra tomatoes. Sometimes, certain staff have an attitude but are much better than before. I eat there at least 5 times a week. The banana pudding milkshake is THE BEST!

Let me preface my comments by stating…I love CookOut. The food is very good and usuvery fresh. That being said CookOut has lost its way when it comes to pricing. The meals have increased almost 50 percent in the last 3 or 4 years yet the size of the meals haven’t changed and on many occasions are less. I understand economics but at some point the price increases have to stop. There isn’t a reason to go to Cookout to save money anymore as the prices charged are in the Chick Fil A range and the food quality is not on that level. That was the selling point for CookOut and now thats gone. So if you are looking for value go somewhere else. CookOut is as expensive as Chick-fil-A and other fast food restaurants and that is not a good thing.

To the blond with glasses and no home training on July 10 at 7pm. We ordered our food and when we got to the window I saw we were short a fry. My husband (with out an attitude) said you shorted us and I corrected him and was in the process of getting my card back out while saying the girl must have misheard us. when you decided to pop off at the mouth and tell us that “what yall ordered is what yall got”…

We’ve been multiple times since opening. Food is always warm and fresh but something is wrong with order every time (ex: order lettuce, no lettuce on burger but onions instead that were not ordered. Regular fries instead of cajun that was ordered) Shakes are the redeeming quality.

If I was able to give no stars I would , the workers in drive thru are rude they act like they have somewhere they have to be it’s called work the woman kept on asking me is that all after every order I made & then that’s not the BIGGEST thing my food was horrible my fries was cold , my burger wasn’t done its pink & my bacon on my wrap was burnt & my wrap looked like it was just tossed together

Great staff. Very friendly. Naturally I love the shakes. But the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. My only complaint is the number of other people in front of me. Fortunately the lines move right along. So glad they’re here.

The food was really good. The amount of possible combinations is amazing. As well as the large selection shake varieties that you can choose from. Had the jr. tray with a blt, white cheddar bites, fries, and a banana berry shake. It was all delicious.
