Visited during lunch hours today. Was told they were short staffed. Still took my order at the walk up window. Had patience and noticed the workers were very into their work. Not poking and goofing off. I still got my order very quick and noticed my sandwich was not sloppily made. Still took care to make good food. Kudos to the lunch crew.

The service was decent, but I’m very upset about paying extra for cheese on my fries I expect a decent amount on my fries and for them to be hot, but I got a little tiny amount of cheese and cold fried. Absolutely ridiculous.

On Sunday August 6th I stopped at Cook Out. I usually don’t like to say anything good about fast food but this was better than usual. I saw some bad reviews so I though I would tell them when they do good. The soda was filled to the top with minimal ice and the burger was put together well also. I had chicken quesadillas and they were both good keep up the good work.

First off, they are one of the few places open late, which is greatly appreciated. Their customer service was top notch and they were moving a drive through full of cars quickly even at 1am. Their grilled chicken sandwich was a simple sandwich, but the chicken was grilled to perfection, moist with great flavor. The sides were your standard sides (onion rings and fries). The flavor of the shake was okay, but maybe I should have selected a different flavor. I love that they gave both a spoon and a straw for the shake because you will need both.

My daughter and nephew go here in the middle of the night. The burgers and shakes are absolutely delicious! The hamburger meat is so good and tastes fresh. As long as milk doesn’t wreck your stomach, definitely recommend the Peanut Butter Fudge

Poor customer service!!!! Need a better staff. Fries always overcooked.they gave me hush puppies instead of chicken nuggets. No Cajun seasonings on my fries. They don’t greet or say a nice day no nothing! I once asked for a Lemonade and tea mixed drink and they gave me pink lemonade instead. When i told them that’s not the drink I specifically ordered they asked me what the problem was. This is a drink I get all the time and I was told they don’t make it

Heard how good this place was so tried it. The hamburger is legit. The hot dog, not so much. It was overcooked. The fries, hushpuppies, cheese curds and onion rings were good. The banana pudding milkshake was very good, including the little pieces of vanilla wafers.
