My food was great, the portion was adequate, and even if the service was a little slow, my food was hot and fresh. I was pretty tired when I went through the drive through, my service at the window was fast food service, it wasn’t my mom cutting my birthday cake, but it wasn’t sass or attitude, unfortunately some expect the red carpet from people who are doing their job instead of making them feel special, it’s fast food, I got hot fast food, decently fast without anyone rolling their eyes at me or feeling like I was a hassle on an already decently paced high highs and low lows job.

The worst one I’ve ever been to. Service was slow and had to remind them to give us napkins, strolls, our drinks and the recipes. Not to mention proportions huh. Spose to have a db tray on both of mine and my husband’s order. Don’t get me wrong I love cook out but jest not to happy with this one.

Ordered BBQ sandwich tray with double cheese fries and huge sweet tea. The sandwich was great except for a few pieces of hard BBQ, but that happens. The fries were okay but was not given a double portion, and the cheese sauce was miniscule. Tea was super sweet like usual, and I didn’t mind it at all.

This was actually my first time here, staff was friendly quality of food was decent. French fries had the skin on them they were some of the better fries I’ve had,better than McDonald’s or wendy’s. Lobby was also cleaner than other lobbies I’ve been in lately

Food use to be great. Use to have big portions. Now like everything else, portions shrank, but price increased. I use to love Cookout bc it was a cheap combo and you received plenty of food. Now the combo price is up over 50% which is insane. The last time I ate here I received 4 onion rings that were tiny as one of my sides. The ” big double ” burger as so they call it is basically two of the smallest thinnest patties you can make put together. It equals the size of one regular sized patty. Chicken tenders are still good as well as the cheese bites and fries. I miss the old CookOut tho. Shakes are still good but the upcharge is more now as well. Too bad wages didn’t increase to match price increases.

Was just at the cookout in cross lanes, I went into the bathroom room and an employee was in there. Not only did he wear his apron to the bathroom. But he didn’t wash his hands. I don’t care how good the food is. That is disgusting! Because now he is touching someone’s food!

We got two of the home style chicken strips. They were perfectly crispy and hot. I also got a 1/8 burger with bacon, cheese, grilled onion, Mayo, and mustard. The burger was delicious. I loved the char on the burger. Despite some negative review on the music choice, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the music. Thank you for a good meal
