Great spot for brunch and cocktails amidst coastal farmhouse vibes in a strip mall. Excellent service, full bar, one TV, some bar seating, high tops and tables indoor and out, and very accommodating for my food allergies despite being their during peak breakfast time.

Had the best gluten free sandwich ever!! Service was so good! Love the family restaurant vibes and overall great experience. I’ve looked through some of these negative reviews and honestly can’t agree with any of them. These owners have done such a great job with this restaurant and am pleased with everything they offer. Very gluten free friendly which is very rare to see. Definitely recommend coming here!!

Love this place! Had the blackened shrimp house salad with roasted red peppers! Sooooo soooo good and the service was incredible! Cute little family-owned restaurant with beach vibes close to the beach! Owner came out and visited our table and was so sweet! My husband got the Philly Chicken Cheesesteak with fries and that was just as good as my meal! Don’t sleep on this place! The food is amazing!!

Excellent service and food. The food was cooked to perfection. The photos that are added here are of the Gluten Free French Toast and the Gluten Free Pancakes. The pancakes were bigger than to be expected, the sausage links were larger than other restaurants and the price was very reasonable. It is very kid friendly as well.

Best breakfast we’ve had in St. Augustine in our 3 days here. I had the Bananas Foster and it was delicious. My fiancé had the egg/bacon/pancake combo and he loved his as well. Our server was quick to serve and was a polite, sweet-natured young lady. We enjoyed the outside seating at 9:30am. We will definitely be back when we’re in St. Augustine.

Love this place! We were on vacation and wanted to sit outside to eat. The Chicken Philly was amazing and the flight of Mimosas was delicious. My favorite was the Mermaid ( Coconut flavor). The service was terrific. They made us feel like family as we laughed and joked around with the all. We even went back the day we left to come home so we could get some of their homemade hot sauce. So YUMMY! If you in St. Augustine check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Great place!

I so want to love this place since I can walk to it from my house, but it’s only fair to poor. Service is odd. If they charge you wrong, they can’t take it off the bill. They try to refill coffee just after they give it to you, but when you’re eating you have to ask for a refill. Seats and chairs are uncomfortable. Tables are left dirty for too long. Waffles are small and chewy and undone. Why can’t it be good?

Overall, breakfast was tasty, the avocado toast with tomatoes was very appetizing, the bacon was cooked just the way I like it. I asked for my eggs to be scrambled hard, it wasn’t but the cheese added made up for it. Met the owner who was very pleasant and personable. However, I was a bit taken aback by the very small glass in which the cranberry juice was served, which was a bit overpriced. I still would recommend it as somewhere to visit and have breakfast if you happen to be in the area.
