One of the best pizzas I’ve had that also kinda pricey. First of all, the staff was super nice, very helpful, and accommodating. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza that at first looked a bit too soggy but it ended up very delicious with amazing crust! If they will have deals in the future that’d be super nice because specialty pizza are definitely on a pricier side.

Best pizza place in town. And the wings are phenomenal for delivery. But they really need a second line for their phone. Expect to get their answer machine at peak times since they’re on the other line.

First-time customer. We used them for a party at a local park. We were not disappointed in the food or service, thank you so much for handling a large order with perfection!

I’ve lived in Chardon for many years and I recently discovered Congins. I’ve only ordered the deep dish pizza from them, but it’s been delicious every time. It’s packed with toppings and cheese, and we can get 2-3 meals out of one pizza. At first I thought it was little pricey, but compared to other pizza places, it’s fairly priced. I definitely recommend Congins.

Ordered New Years Eve. My in-laws went for years here. Pizza wasn’t ready when we arrived, ordered and paid days ago. Forgot half the order. Said they, “forgot to put it in.” They did offer to deliver it, but we live too far for delivery. Told us 15 minutes, was over half an hour closer to forty-five minutes. Due to the wait exceeding the fifteen minutes by so much, they gave it to us for free, but hinted at the tip jar pretty boldly, which they didn’t have to do we would have done anyways and a lady behind us seemed upset they hinted at it so hard and we actually did so, to the point of stopping us in the parking lot to warn us about tipping on food given for free due to poor service and how it invites more poor service. Maybe her hints were a foreshadow, because when we opened it, things got worse… We got a huge party box pizza, half sausage half cheese. The middle cheese pieces all had on one side sausage, and I chose to eat them despite hating sausage. Everyone who had some of the sausage ended up with food poisoning, and it’s the only thing in common we all ate who have food poisoning this morning. We were all sick within six hours of eating it, which is standard for food poisoning, and most of us who did throw up felt better after it was purged, so again, standard food poisoning. Only thing I’m pulling from this is being sick on New Years Day traditionally means good health for the rest of the year. I’m just not going to go back after this. My in-laws can, but I’ll have my own meal next time prepared.

CONGIN’S Definitely didn’t disappoint, tangy but still a little sweet and the topping (pepperoni) was well distributed with just the right amount of sauce.. B+
