I checked out Concrete Cowboy today. My waiter was friendly & the service was pretty decent. However, They did not let us know that the AC was out when we walked in the door.. by the time we noticed we were ordering, it was too late. When they brought me my bill, they gave me an itemized copy & I put my card down when they brought it back – They only gave me the receipt to sign and I wasn’t able to look back at the itemized copy to view that they already charged me a tip. Not realizing this, I still tip extra 20%. $53 for two drinks and a handheld. Even tho I had paid a service change the suggested on the receipt is for an additional 20%… I know a lot of restaurants do this & I understand I just think it would be better if you are upfront with customers.

Beware of this place. They change you a mandatory service charge and venue fees on your check. They don’t communicate that they are doing so and are hard to notice if not paying attention.

Went for drag brunch and the show was the only good part… Service was horrible, no one served us for 30+ minutes. When our food finally arrived 30+ minutes after ordering, it was ice cold. Everyone felt sick from the food later on during the day. One person probably has food poisoning based on their symptoms. We got 2 mimosa towers for the table, one check was charged $65 for their tower and a $13 “service fee” whereas the other check at our table was charged $45 for their tower and had no service fee on their receipt… Again, enjoyed the drag show and each Queen’s performance, but absolutely will not be returning to this restaurant.

Shame on the building owner for refusing to fix the air conditioner. You have people trying to work in a sweltering building. Shame on the company owner/manager for not doing more. Your employees deserve better.

Terrible service. Had to wait for my order for 1 and a half hours. When it finally came out (after I reminded them twice) the potatoes were half raw and the food was cold. They provided dirty cups when serving us water and alcohol. Had to ask multiple times for silverware and napkins. Occasionally had to search out a server for help. Two people I came with ordered margaritas that were never brought out.

The service was terrible. Our waitress only had a few tables but couldn’t manage to stop by to check on us. She couldn’t remember our order and kept having to reenter items. It took over 20 minutes to cash out once we had the check. The waitress clearly wasn’t properly trained, and the manager was not helping her at all.

Great Food and Great Atmosphere to spend a Saturday night. They have some great selection of margaritas. Tried the onion the rings and it’s was yummy. Nice place to hangout. Must try in FWTX

They used to have a great Wing Wednesday deal but they haven’t been open on Wednesday in the last month or so. It sucks because that was the best thing about this place.

First time here and everything was great. The bartender Kevin was attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered wings and a southwest steak wrap. Both dishes were fresh and cooked perfect. The vibe even on a Monday night was great. Would definitely recommend. Bathrooms were clean too! We will be back.
