We visited Concept Kitchen for the first time in early May and we immediately knew we had found a hidden gem. The menu has tacos and burritos every week with rotating entrees and small plates. Fresh, local ingredients often drive the menu and everything we have tried has been delicious. Always an amazing experience!

Chef Clint Goodman makes tasty food in a genre hard to find in Cedar Falls. He personally explains the special ingredients when serving. This is inside Second State Brewing where the beers are always great. Tonight we tried the French Onion Soup and Gocaujang Honey wings.

Chef Clint always uses the best ingredients available, and he uses his talents to craft unique dishes that not only taste good but give you confidence knowing all the ingredients are high quality. His menu changes often, so you can always try something new. His style is to fuse the best of a few cuisine styles to make a truly unique dish while maintaining the essence of the style. Save room for dessert! Chef Jen is a great pastry chef so when her desserts are featured you should always order one. Her key lime cheesecake is heavenly.

Love this secret gem! Menu changes every week but there is always something great. Our favorite has been the variety of burritos but the Nashville chicken sandwich was also amazing. The selection of restaurants in the Cedar Valley is a little bland so having a spot like this with a diverse menu is a breath of fresh air.
