Everything was clean, including the bathroom. They had a large dining room and a big bar with frozen drinks in a fountain machine. The service was fast, the food came out quickly, and the food tasted pretty good. Even the starter nachos were warm. I had a good experience here.

I gave a 2 because the food had oil dripping off it and the price point was double (20 per person) what other Mexican restaurants are charging. Service was good, but a bit pushy to get us out the moment we put our forks down. I asked for boxes but she took half the plates I needed to box. She realized I wanted it but I was too embarrassed to say anything. I won’t be back. For $100 a family of 4 could go somewhere a lot nicer.

This is authentic Mexican food they offer here. We very much enjoyed our dinner, the food was fantastic. The salsa is very good. A little on the expensive side compared to other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to, although prices are continually rising as of late. I would definitely visit again when I’m in the area.

Normally a nice place our waitress was great really nice but the men’s room both room was messed up. And I think the other girl though I was going to leave without paying or something because after I left the restroom. And was heading to the registers she totally blocked my path to the registers. And very rudely asked if she could help me. I told her I was done and going to pay. So she moved and I paid the bill and left. But maybe I took it the wrong way. The few times I’ve been there before it was good. And the food has always been very good. But the need to bring back the steak and cheese covered fries they were awesome.

We go to Compadres about once a month for dinner. On this particular day, when our food came, we noticed 3 out of the 4 plates had chunks broken off of them. Our server said the cook didn’t notice it until the food was already on them. We were served food on broken plates anyway. Another problem was the music. I think the cooks enjoy music while working but it was so loud we could hardly hear ourselves talk. The food is always good but the courtesy shown to us was lacking with broken plates and music so loud you can’t talk to each other. Simple solutions would be to buy new plates and if the kitchen staff wants to listen to music – earbuds so it doesn’t disturb the patrons.

I placed an order to go. Waited 10 minutes to place order, but received food pretty timely after that. The fried chimichangas were far from fried and crispy. The queso wasn’t very flavorful, nor were the beans and rice. Definitely wouldn’t eat there again.

I always go to other Compadres, I always get 2 cheese enchiladas & french fries because I don’t like the refried beans & rice. Never had a problem with it. It’s much cheaper to give the fries. At this one, she said I could do that. Well I got charged the full price for the meal with no rice & beans. She also charged me $5.00 extra for the fry substituting. Are you serious? Won’t be going back to this one ever.
