Really good brunch place, just wish the Bloody Mary had some more fun toppings, but that is the only complaint. The jams are made in house and are so good. Want to come back.

Don’t think twice, make sure you come here! Outstanding service from Ivan and great recommendations. Started with the soup of the day (broccoli three cheese soup) and with a rosemary rhubarb martini (not too sweet). Both 10/10. For entrees, had the shrimp and grits and the fried chicken Mac and cheese. Both were outstanding!

Seriously Folks, when it comes to GLOBAL- CLASS dining there is a new admiral in Starkville! Before you even take your first sip of the expansive collection of bourbons, whiskeys, or second to none locally concocted expertly crafted cocktails the atmosphere welcomes you in as if you are returning to the dockside after day fishing off the coast of New England. Starkville and quite frankly MS rarely gets the privilege of enjoying a restaurant of this caliber. Let your mind enjoy my experience; although tempted to enjoy a Elmer T Lee 100yr whiskey, I started the evening with a spicy grapefruit margarita. Don’t let the name fool you, Parker put this together with the zest and tropical flavor of the expert bar tender he is. Yeah right up at the bar, great conversation as my next course is being prepared about eight feet away. The vibrant immersion into the experience of great conversation as my meal is being prepared in my peripheral vision was much like being at the chef’s table at Commander’s Palace NOLA or Matt’s In the Market Seattle. Now on to a hearty soup to prepare my pallet for the best classic shrimp and grits I have ever experienced, all the while Brady is putting together the most delicious savory potatoes, I could not resist, I asked for a small side and he obliged- not to be missed if on the menu during your visit. Finally, let’s talk about the next great , and I mean GREAT pastry/dessert chef that will put all others from southeastern United States to shame. You must enjoy the inexplicably awesome desserts put together by the self taught Rain. Yes, just as rain nourishes the earth and brings forth joyful flavors and flowers to savor- Rain the chef will delight your pallet with rich chocolate confections in stark contrast to their underlying smattering of flavors. Finally, you must experience the carrot cake, like nothing you ever experienced. While it may seem far fetched, I will continue to make the journey from Dallas Texas to Starkville a few time a year to enjoy their restaurant and you should too.

Went for brunch. Had to struggle a bit to find a parking spot. Then parked little far and walked down. The place is very small with only few tables. So I imagine if you are not going early, or in a busy weekend, you might need to wait to get a table. Fortunately we got one without any struggle. The ambiance was nice and laid back. The options for the menu is pretty limited. Both of us went for Benedict. There was no beverage menu written, so I don’t know what are the options. The guy asked if we care for mimosa, and we both agreed. So they served freshly prepared mimosa. The food was really good. My egg Benedict was with some ham and Hollandaise. The ham was too good. The ingredients were really fresh. I took the side as grits, which was topped with some freshly grated Parmesan. That was one of the best grits I have ever eaten. The another dish we ordered was the crab cake Benedict, which was also lip smacking good. Especially I want to mention the crab cakes. Seems they were house made and super fresh, crunchy outside, flaky and meaty inside. As a side with that order, we took hash browns. It was regular potato fried in house, topped with few flakes of parmesan. The potato was also

TLDR: apparent lack of management/owner presence led to a horrible service experience.

I was told, even with the paperwork for my service animal, that they would not allow us since I’m not blind.
