First time. I called in the order while quick shopping at Lowes. My order was ready by the time I got there. Street parking, see photo. The inside is small and simple with two tables. We ordered 6 potato and cheese pierogies and the philly cheese steak platter. The pierogies are different then I had elsewhere in the region see photos. The philly cheese steak was over potato and cheese pierogies and was good size. Mistakenly they included one kraut, potato and cheese pierogi – I liked it better than the potato and cheese. In the future I would try the jalapeno versions. Overall we enjoyed the meal even though the butter was excessive. We will definitely try again. Next time I’ll ask for a take out menu.

My family went here for lunch and all enjoyed our food. The portions were huge. The peirogies were delicious. And the ambience was inviting. We are looking forward to coming back to enjoy the outdoor seating area.

We were looking for a local lunch spot and this place was fan-tastic. Such a unique, amazing menu. Homemade food and hometown owners at their best. The corned beef on the Ruben was some of the best I’ve had but the Pierogi bun made it a serious winner. Skip the fries and pick the haluski for your side! Next time we re in Monaca the entire crew will be coming back to Comfortably yummm.

Small little restaurant with on street parking. Food was alright, but they’re more like dumplings than pierogies. They are very small compared to any other pierogie around the pittsburgh area. Halushki was loved by my daughter and husband but with so many incredible pierogies around I dont think we would eat here again.
