Loved this place! It’s been opened for about a year and I’m just now discovering it. The games on each table were so cool and the decor was really unique. Had fun playing dominoes while waiting for food, but quickly pushed those bones aside when the grub arrived. Ordered a breakfast bowl and it was delicious! Also tried the chicken wings and fries and those were great too. We got surprised with some complimentary biscuits which were absolutely amazing! Lots of fancy flavorful beverages that were also great. I had the one with Ginger and Mint. This place is really spacious and you should certainly plan your meet-ups here. Kudos to the owners!

Horrifyingly gross! The Mac and cheese taste gummy and taste like spoiled dairy! The yams were horrible. The beans were black and mushy and smothered the spoon full of rice! The chicken was basic and barely edible! I’m thank god for the sweet and sour type sauce, that’s what made the few pieces I ate tolerable. This place is nothing like the downtown location. I got 30 piece chicken and 6 sides for $79! What a freaking waste! Ugh. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! The photos look way better than it tastes.

So glad they opened another location. Amazing food; tasty, great quality and great service. Nice location, big space; love Comfort’s aesthetic as far how thier restaurants are designed. Simple yet cozy and modern. Thanks for bringing comfort to Inglewood!!!

The staff were very nice but the Mac and cheese was dry, the greens were excellent, this restaurant only serves chicken wings but they are extremely small, the cornbread was reheated to the point that it was hard as a rock and I just threw it away, I picked this restaurant my husband was upset. We got the dinner special for 4 people we were going to the Rolling stones concert and drove from up north to attend.

Great local spot in Inglewood. First off the Mac and cheese is definitely one of the best you will have in LA. The other side items are also delicious, especially the French fries. They also make their own homemade drinks as well. You can also play dominos or cards while you wait. I would highly recommend this place.

Disgusting. Worst “soul food” ever. Dry corn bread, dry rice and beans, flavorless barely cheesy Mac n cheese, dry flavorless chicken. I was looking forward to yummy southern food and was beyond disappointed. Worst $$ spent

Theee best friend chicken wings, mac and cheese, yams and corn bread. Now I have had their food before and I’m highly impressed. Crispy chicken, nicely seasoned, hint of sweetness. It’s was so good. Also I tried the gingerade and mint lemonade which was nice and sweet but not too sweet. The staff were really nice and helpful with ordering. Inside nice and roomy. Nice ambiance and bathroom was clean. Love the paintings and pro black imagery. Good parking in the Ralph’s lot and their hours are good too. They are open til 10p when we came on a Tuesday. 10p for real real as one of the customers who came in to ask “do you close at 10p”

I don’t usually leave reviews if the food is bad, but this time I have no choice. My boyfriend and I are 04/03/22 here last night we Googled soul food in Inglewood this place came up so we thought we give it a shot because bits in walking distance from our home . I got mac and cheese, Greens, yams, cornbread and fried chicken. The greens were cooked nice but they were soaked in vinegar. The corn bread was good, the Mac and cheese was old and scraped from the bottom of the pan.my boy friend had a chicken sandwich it was good. They had games to play while we wait dominoes, cards, and uni the table was sticky and not clean. The place was clean. We will not be going back.
