Không chuyên nghiệp trong cách phục vụ và phân công nhân viên, rất nhiều khách vào sau mà có đồ ăn trước, ngồi chờ hơn 10p cũng không ai lấy order, rất nhiều bàn không có nước uống. Rất nhiều khách chờ lâu quá nên bỏ đi. Nên xem lại cách phân công nhân viên, nên có ít nhất 2 người chuyên lấy order, có người chuyên lấy nước cho khách. Chuyên gói Togo. Nên có thêm một hàng ghế dành cho khách chờ lấy togo. Có thể quán mới mở nên đông,nhưng nếu không xem lại cách vận hành nhân viên, thì sau này có thể sẽ không được đông như vậy nữa, cho dù đồ ăn có ngon thế nào thì cũng sẽ không được lòng khách về thái độ phục vụ. Một vài góp ý nhỏ của một người từng làm trong những nhà hàng Vietnam đông nhất nhì vùng Bay Area. Và tiền tip nên sử dụng đúng chức năng của nó.

Came here today, I like their food. Service was ok, I didn’t have to wait so long for the food. I could understand how busy they’ve been so far since they’ve just opened so to me, it’s ok.

They have the best rice chicken ever. It takes a while for the food to be served. its understandable since this restaurant has just opened and food is amazing. therefore, lots of people come. Despite the fact that it is very busy, staffs are friendly and try to give customers the best service as they can.

Tiệm 9pm đóng cửa nhưng 7:30pm đến thì chủ bảo hết gà, hết đồ ăn rồi nên đóng cửa. Lái từ fort worth đến để ủng hộ nhưng quá thất vọng.

Nothing special, just steamed chicken with garlic/ginger fish sauce. Understaffed and the wait for everything (including just paying and togo pickup) is very long even when the restaurant is only about half full. Worth trying so you’ll know but overall it is okay and not great.

After 3 day opening, i come at 7:30pm and they say no more chicken, no more foods, no service. Without saying sorry or any promotion for next time. I drove 45 minutes from saginaw. Look like they’re not ready to open.
