We ordered pulled pork sandwiches with baked beans, and they were both delicious. We also ordered ribs which tasted really good with all the spices, but it was a bit dry. They could have cooked it more tender. We also got kolsch which was very tasty

Stopped in here for some takeout bbq and ended up eating in because on Tuesday night they have free ski hot wax from 5-8 pm. The pork belly was so good I stopped back by today for some more! Brisket was good, sausage just ok and the pulled pork was delicious. Nice atmosphere and the beer was not my husband’s style.

Place is over priced with small portions. Pictured is the brisket and collards… $11 and $2.50 respectively.

Delicious BBQ. While the staple ribs brisket and links were all excellent, the pork belly (photo provided) was incredible. It was a taste explosion of perfect smoke and fatty bbq pork. I had 3 meals here over the week so I really liked this place. I tend to disagree with an earlier review that said it was expensive. BBQ food is never cheap (in the big cities), so when I saw the prices at Colorado BBQ I saw this as well priced (‘on market’). My only gripe (hence not 5 stars) was the implied tip % on their ipad payment platform. If you add in their implied min tip (20% and upwards), this is expensive because there is no table service. You collect your food from the counter and then put your dirties away in the rubbish sorting bench. So I am not sure why we are expected to tip. BBQ food was perfect but the sour note is the expectation on the tip

Would advise not to dine with Colorado BBQ. We had a party of 6 and only the little one who ordered a hotdog had something good to say about the food. One sandwich was 90% fat. Went to the food truck and let them know. No appology, no what can we do to make it right, no attempt at refund etc. The quality was not good. The meat was extra chewy. For the price and quality, it is not worth it at all.

I usually only like to do good reviews, but I was really disappointed with the food from here. Way overpriced for the portion. $6 for a small thing of queso and almost all of my chips were broken. Had the brisket tacos too and just weren’t that great. The brewery is good though, would recommend.

Great Al Pastor tacos and Brisket. Brisket had a nice char and was tender. Pork shoulder in the tacos were great. One of the better BBQ Mac & Cheeses in Denver.

Brisket was very dry and underwhelming. First red flag was that they don’t offer sliced bread with the bbq

STL Ribs were tough, chewy, under seasoned but over salted. Sauces are subpar but coleslaw was good. Won’t choose to visit again.

Delicous BBQ, I especially liked the St. Louis Ribs. Great vegetarian options as well. Definitely the best BBQ in Summit CO.
