I recently dined at Colombo Spice in Buffalo, and it was an incredible experience. I ordered the chicken koththu rotti and mutton rolls, and they were absolutely amazing. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portions were generous. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and attentive staff that made me feel right at home. This Sri Lankan restaurant is a Hidden gem! I recently tried the chicken biryani and it was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked chicken, fragrant rice, and an Exquisite blend of spices. A must visit for Sri Lankan food lovers. Also to try amazing food that Buffalo had never offered before.
